👉Oatmeal Cream pie -
My little tribute to my Daddio for Father’s Day! They were always in the cupboard and Daddio’s snack of choice before bed, it’s the nostalgia for me. This is our thickest Mac yet! A Fat-Caron if you will. Homemade oatmeal cookie stuffed between a subtle vanilla frosting.

👉Peach Cobbler -
The first dessert I made for my Husband. My little tribute to the love we have built the past 11 years and to the amazing father he is to our boys! This Mac has a filling of a homemade peach compote and crumble that’s to die for.

👉Mint Chocolate -
It’s about time I had a macaron with a Mint filling! I’m always asked why “Mint Macaron” and my answer is honestly so simple. I’m obsessed with the color mint blue! When picking the name I wanted something that rolled off the tongue so why not Alliteration to jazz things up! 😅 Peppermint frosting mixed with a mint cookie crumb. It’s a fun play on our customer’s favorite ‘Cookies and Crème’.

👉Cookie Dough-
I’m a sucker for cookie dough. I literally can’t control myself around it. It’s sweet, salty and chocolatey… honestly what more could you ask for?
