Great to see an article raising awareness of Postnatal Depression in the North Somerset Times this week.

Postnatal depression is not the only thing that can affect your mental health during the perinatal period. Other mental health issues such as anxiety, OCD and PTSD are common in new mums, as well as postpartum psychosis. 'Mum rage' is normal but can also be a sign that you may need more support.
