When the Bible talks about the love of God,it is not a love that is dependent on anything you have or would have.it is a pure,totally unconditional love. God loves everyone irrespective of who they are.the difference between u and the unbeliever is not the love of God for you,but ur response to the love.
I am glad u have responded positively to his love by accepting him into ur life as your personal Lord and savior but in this season that we are celebrating his birth,I challenge each and every one of you reading this to go out there and tell someone about his love.
