Ladies, I dont usually like to come on here and post stuff like this. I really need to address how my business works (when orders are ready, examples, deposits, etc.)

I require half of the total for all orders (nonrefundable)
I only send out examples of the orders with a deposit!

NO DEPOSIT: I will not send any examples or put anything together from beads & charms.

When you order, I always send my shop policy, stating how long orders take to be ready! It specifically states 5-7 Days (Not including weekends) Sometimes I take longer depending on how many orders I have to make that are ahead of yours. Orders can also take longer if I need to order something in specific for you. Now, if you dont like to wait, my policy also states that I accept rush orders with an extra fee.

I just ask for patience, It is literally only me doing everything to make it work. Beaded items take long to finish! Besides that, I am also a mom of a three year old, she needs me most of the time. Now to address the screenshots, she placed an order Feb 22, THURSDAY & I sent an example that same day. I didnt work this past weekend for personal reasons, I was literally so so busy😣 I also posted on my page that I was OFF for the weekend.

Before blasting someone else out there, Go ahead & READ the policy or atleast know that it is the weekend and I may not answer because it is my only days off to spend time with my family. I may take long, but you all always receive every order💖🙏🏻 Much love to the girlies who understand.
