Just finished my workout. At 54, its hard to get back into working out when you've broken the majority of your bones from BMX, Snowboarding and DH mountain biking. But I'll get there. Body fat. I officially under 20%. .b_rad1

Framing went smooth. We now have it completely water proofed and shingles, insulation, water, electrical and drywall by end of the week. .b_rad1

Starting a room a room addition in Athens Tx with a dry pour slab and walkway. Came out good but I'm not sure it was worth the labor? Next step is reinforcing the brick stem wall to hold up the walls. .b_rad1

Here are some pictures of the master bedroom/bathroom I just finished in Marrieta Oklahoma. It is a 14’x27’ raised foundation floor addition to the back of their house. We tied in existing plumbing, added additional breaker panel by an electrical contractor and did everything else in house. There are more pictures coming. .b_rad1
