Dad Bod V2.0 - I started January 2023 with... Yes... 11kg over my average weight. 104kg on the scale... I blamed being a father of a 2 and 1 year old. But in reality I was choosing to believe myself. 5 weeks later...down 10.5kg. With only a very healthy dieet. And my exercise is limited to simple exercises and playing with our kids. Thank you for keeping me fit and ready to challenge every day. I havent been able to train at full potential for more than 12 months due to torn bicep tendon (3 times 😳).
