Brooklyn DIY venue Suburbia shut down by cops last night

Suburbia has been a crucial lynchpin in the brilliant punkish DIY scene that we are v lucky to be a part of. It's hosted some of our most magical shows. It's been home to some of our best friends from the road. Every time we go to Brooklyn, I'm ecstatic to visit our home away from home. Whatever happens next, we'll always be indebted to the people who ran the space, housed us, fed us, partied with us, played with us and made our lives better there.
