People STILL come into our comments saying dairy cows aren't killed.
Even if we glossed over, well, the ENTIRE veal market.. 'spent' dairy cows aren't released to pasture to enjoy 15 years of retirement.
After we've impregnated the female cow, year after year -- to keep lactation going -- her body is spent. She can no longer maintain a pregnancy and/or produce enough milk to turn a profit.
Her thanks for us forcing her into this life?
She is slaughtered for cheap hamburger meat at around 5 yrs old (she could live to 20 if cared for).

Dairy = death.
