One Bad Apple

We give people the benefit of the doubt
until we feel like we’ve been taken advantage of
then we begin to feel like we are a fool
because we had extended nothing but love

It turns into a he said, she said heated debate
with the truth never coming to light
emotions for all involved are all over the place
and everything turns into a messy fight

People are taken at face value
in hopes good deeds don’t go wrong
but when we feel like we are being ghosted
how can we not wonder if they had a hidden agenda all along

Sad to say, there are scammers everywhere
disguised to blend in with the crowd
they go under the radar of a kind and loving heart
and in our life and in our home they have been allowed

So now we become leery of everyone’s intentions
because it only takes one bad apple to create doubt
and we become skeptical of everyone making it hard for us to help others out.

There's no such thing as perfect, but there is such a thing called being able and willing.

Love is built to last,
Loyalty is a G pass,
Only u can bring ya dreams true,
So many don't see that.
We all have a since of direction,
But it's how u give,
And process the feed back.
Being rich,
Doesn't always mean money,
How many agree with that?
Misery always wants u to suffer,
How many sleep on that?
Wake up,
With your head high,
Pain,
Tryna stay free from that
Some hate to see positivity,,
Because there hearts,
Is too weak and too ugly,
Hard to bring the true beat back.
That's where winning and defeat lacks,
Stone meets wax,
Paper meets rocks,
Scissors start cutting thru skin,
Now its hard to keep going,
U falling down wit ya wins.
Dark clouds,
Heavy rain,
Strong gusses of wind.
Can't stay in tune with yourself,
Tryna figure out,
The discussion within.
U show love,
U get love,
To be able and willing,
That's the true meaning to perfection,
And understanding,
The true meaning within.

Challenges

The good and bad summarized,
But Glad to be alive,
Lord u taken away my pain,
Gave me a better vision,
With these hungry eyes.
They love to test ya faith,
Win they see u winning a race.
I'm not in it for the cake,
Got love for the dream,
A passion no one can imitate.
My own Originality,
Thanks for letting me demonstrate.
I mean authenticate,
Thank u for the blessings,
On my dinner plate.
Challenging myself,
Don't care,
If they opinionate.
Positive progression,
Setting my limits straight.
Giving nuffn but love,
But I can feel the hate,
In there inner space.
To some trust is irrelevant,
Keeping it real,
Has no meaning,
Love has a bitter taste.
Life is challenging,
Enjoy it or dig a grave.
It can be a sweet tasting fruit,
Or a battle,
That a have u carrying twin blades.
Remember,
U set the tone,
And write the page,
On how u riding the wave,
It could bumpy as hell,
Or a smooth vibration,
While reaching the top.
Again,
This life challenging,
Whether u believe it or not.
