Marielle, her husband Christian and her 2 incredible kids live in Munich! We both used to work together 20 years ago in a hotel in Frankfurt and we have been friends ever since!

We caught up over the phone the other day and her one simple question of ‘What are you doing now?’ unfolded into a soulful conversation!
That’s where she realized that this business vehicle could be the perfect solution to the vision she holds for herself, too! She is currently in a corporate role, but is thriving as a SYSTEMIC COACH and her goal for her coaching business is not to always have money on her mind, but rather fully invest her energies and passions into the person in front of her. Ever wondered what’s in your tap water? 🚰

In Japan where we live, it’s considered “safe,” but that just means that chemicals like chlorine, fluoride, lead, and microplastics are below harmful levels — they are NOT absent! 😱

YUCK! 😖 My concern is we’re still consuming these substances. Fluoride is linked to lower IQs in kids, and chlorine might affect our gut health. 🦠💧

Unfortunately the list goes on...

This is actually PART 2 to my previous post!

My 6-year old, when he is older, has the ability to run my business that I have so passionately, so heartled, so consistently built over the years, probably decades by then - IN ANY WHICH WAY HE WANTS.

The business vehicle will remain the same, but:

if he is into sports, he can totally run this on the foundation of sports. 
if he will get into coaching, he can totally run it in a capacity of coaching 
if he will get into consulting, he can do it by consulting. 
Whether he will be into engineering, technology, IT or the arts - he can run this business, any which way he wants. 

Can we please just pause for a moment, and think about how incredible this is.

He can run it at any pace that he wants and surround himself with the people that he wants.

He’ll also be seeing in the next years and decades what this business means, what it does, what it stands for. 

Ok look - maybe he won’t want to have anything to do with it either…..but I also have a second child. Haha

But isn’t it empowering to know that whatever hours I put into my business right now, that I am leaving this for my children? Whether it is a business for them to run or a financial income, that will give them the stability and the freedom that they deserve!

I recently heard this on a podcast episode, and as I was running in the morning I thought to myself - NO WAY!

I am not building something so passionately, with so much conviction, so much heart, so much of my family time invested in it, just to someday sell it.

What I have learned in my personal business journey now, is that family is a huge part of what I do. 

So I’m asking myself, why shouldn’t my goal be to pass my business on to my family one day? 

I’m already grooming my six year old that one day, he may be joining me in my business? One day he may completely run my business. 

I have so much to say about this - so watch out for PART 2 of this.

But tell me - am I wrong for wanting to steer my child to one day enter my business in some way?

It’s been 5 years. 
Such a beautiful journey. So much self development, so much expansion in knowledge, belief and community. 

It’s been lots of education, webinars, summits, consultations.

Lots of hustle, achieving numbers, the ups and downs in ranks.

The thrill making rank only to plummet down and having to start all over at the 1st of the month, the very next day. 

My capacity to work is limited. I am a mom. 

My time is so so valuable. It is worth so much more than what I ended up earning, even after so much time invested. 

I AM WORTH MORE. Our goals and aspirations have evolved. I want more. I deserve more. 

But without the hustle!

I had to face the truth. This wasn’t my vehicle.

I had upgraded my worth and money mindset and was ready to receive more. 

I will never walk away from the products I love so very much. I will never order less for our family, because it has become part of our lifestyle. For anyone who needs help and advice, I will recommend nothing else. 

But I had to walk away from the business - and it was extremely emotional.

But with just one single sale, of one beautiful soul joining my new biz, I already earned more than in probably 2 months in the previous one.

I am so grateful for what I have learned on this Network Marketing Journey……it gave me everything that I now need.

I just started a 10 week Mentorship - to help me get to a certain rank in my high ticket affiliate business!

It’s so soul aligned with a lot of inner and energy work!

What I realized for myself after the first session alone is the power I am actually holding here. How much in control I am.

I have big goals ahead of me, so I am working hard and completing all the tasks given to me in this mentorship.

So here’s a glimpse of what’s going on in my head right now:

There is an amazing event happening in Sydney in December hosted by my beautiful community - and I just had THE REALIZATION that I have the power to decide to attend this event, to book everything in the next few weeks with the income I will make, and even bring my whole family with me from Japan!

And that is SO empowering!

Yup - and that is your superpower. You can totally be in control of how much money you want to earn!

What would be on your vision board as a short term goal?

These memories take me back 5 years ago! 

to when we lived in Singapore and got the news that we will be moving to Japan. 
Great - you always want to get these kinds of news weeks before your wedding that is happening in a different country - that due to our expat life we already had to plan remotely!

So much to do, so much to plan, so much to organize. 
And then I also had to start packing for our move. 

So here we are in Europe….with 2 suitcases (for the holidays, for the wedding and to live out of for the first few months before our shipment container would arrive in Japan - a destination I had never been to before).

Fun times. 

IT WAS IN THAT SUMMER THAT I GOT MY BIGGEST PAYCHECK YET.

And it was the moment when I realized - WOW, this business is gold. I’ve built some foundations, but hadn’t touched it due to (read the above)…and still had my biggest payout ever. 

It’s perfect. 

And although I have since diversified my business vehicle - it is genius for people in our beautifully crazy lives. Where there is always a possibility of a move on the horizon, a foreign country to navigate - and all of that with small children in the forefront. 

I am forever grateful for what I do, for this business that I got to built while being a supporting spouse in our expat life and present mom for our kids!

And as my business now grows and starts to create even more freedom for ourselves, I already wonder what my caption on our 10 year wedding anniversary post will look like.

1️⃣ I am a mom of two - they are 6 and 2 - and have clearly taught me how to put life into perspective!

7️⃣ You will never see me working for another company again - because I get nothing out of building someone else’s dream. 

8️⃣ I am all about creating my personal brand that speaks my hearts desires, that fills my bank account abundantly, doing something I love and believe in. A business my children can choose to continue if they wish - but most importantly I am creating a legacy income that will bless them even when I am no longer here. 

9️⃣ I am a third culture kid that left home when I was 11, the thought of settling in one place one day scares me. 

🔟 But for now, I love our life in Japan! It’s one of my most favourite places to be.

Don’t get me wrong, modern medicine has its place. And when advised to take by your physician, take it.

Ugh…nausea…vomiting. It’s not fun.

Took the kids to see the doc, luckily it’s just one of those bugs…or Winter Flu like they call it. 

I didn’t give them the prescription medicine.

Hello 2024. I am ready for you!

2023 raced by so fast and reflecting back we:

✨I didn’t get all the things done that I set out to do

And simultaneously

✨I did so many more things that weren’t originally in the planning.

The one thing I am the proudest of, however is that I kept to my resolution:

I spend more conscious time with my kids. I let automation take over in my business and let some To Do’s just slide for the sake of creating memories with my kids.

September is back to school season and also comes with its own challenges.

Before we turned the corner to school on the first day, my little one said: “Mama, can you please stop? I need a minute!”

I stopped.

He said “I’m a little nervous” He also glanced at my bag.

Ahh, my child knows I keep some magic oils in my bag. Out comes Valor!

I rolled some onto his wrists and the sides of his neck. Then we inhaled some for 10 deep breaths.

I felt all the feels.

PROUD - because he told me about his emotions.
