MUSEO ARQUEOLÓGICO DE ALICANTE
Precioso paseo histórico y cultural de mi querida tierra alicantina en el . Redescubriendo las multiples raíces que originaron lo que hoy es Alicante. Lo cierto es que es una sensación muy especial la de parar a reencontrarse y recordar la historia de los diversos pueblos que formaron una localidad como esta en el mediterraneo, sus conflictos, sus épocas prósperas, sus diferencias y sus similitudes. Nos ayuda a comprendernos mejor, a comprender el pasado, a aprender de él, y sobre todo a mirar al futuro con otros ojos.
Os presento a Sara!! Una ARTISTA, compositora, cantante y multi-instrumentista de la que oiréis hablar. Aunque aquí un poco cortada, de vergüenza tiene más bien poco!! Rebosa una personalidad ÚNICA, con tan solo 8 años ya ha compuesto innumerables obras de una complejidad y madurez musical increíble para su edad y su inquietud e inteligencia son infinitas.
Este es el primer vídeo de muchos que veréis próximamente. Nuestro primer cuatro manos improvisado con su tema favorito “Bacalao Con Pan” de Chucho Valdés Oficial e Irakere !!

No tengo palabras para agradecer a la concejalía de cultura del y su maravilloso público por contar conmigo para inaugurar el Ciclo Grandes Recitales. 15 minutos antes de comenzar poníamos el cartel de “Aforo Completo” con un público entregado, festivo y atento a la historia y mensaje musical de este concierto! Una celebración de la conexión cultural entre España, Cuba, Estados Unidos y África.

NEW YORK - TE RECORDAREMOS
I have no words that can accurately describe the gratitude and fortune I feel. It has been the most beautiful, intense year and a half, with the greatest professional and personal growth that I have had so far. I have met people who today I can consider family, I have seen the world from different eyes, I have understood some of the most vital things in life, and all of this has been through music.
Thanks to all the friends, old and new, people who have supported me, my family for having been the vital fuel of this entire experience. My greatest reward is the people that I bring with me, in my heart, and who have taught me that the only way to success is generosity, empathy, humility, and friendship.
I want to thank & for the immense support I have received and without which nothing, absolutely none of this would have happened. Thank you for your support to Spanish artists in the U.S.A and your amazing job in cultural diplomacy. Thanks to all my mentors: Arturo O’Farrill &Afro-Latin Jazz Orchestra, Yosvany Terry, Elio Villafranca, you are my inspiration and reference both professionally and personally. Thank you Ayodele Casel for trusting me and paving the way for me. Thank you Patricia Johnston for always being there in the distance. Thanks to all these masters for teaching me that a good leader is not one who guides, is one who makes the rest shine above ourselves.

MASTER'S FINAL RECITAL - THE NEW SCHOOL (PERFORMER - COMPOSER)
Tomorrow, December 1 at 6pm, you are all invited to attend my final Performer-Composer master's recital at The New School! After an incredible year and a half, I close and open new cycles in this adventure and I will have the joy of doing it with the greatest musical guide that New York has given me, the Master percussionist with the biggest heart, my brother Keisel Jimenez .
It will be a musical journey in which we will celebrate the historical and cultural ties between Spain, Cuba and the United States through original Afro-Cuban jazz arrangements and compositions, and will include some surprises and guest artists!
Admission is free and is located in Arnhol Hall, 5th floor (Jazz Performance Space)

🎨🖼️L.A - JEAN MICHEL BASQUIAT
I had been wanting to see a live Basquiat all my life and I was fortunate enough to see some of his most emblematic paintings, including one for Charlie Parker, Miles Davis and ERNOK. One of the paintings from which I was inspired by its meaning for the cover of HYBRID/C and which I analyzed in my first master's thesis.
“A representative painting of his voodoo art is an Untitled painting in 1982 to which the title of "Ernok” is attributed. Feeding the spirits and thus protecting them from those we cannot see, it dances and sings life and the territory in which it is lived; he places the right objects in the right places and does it happily, like a child, like Basquiat did with Ernok. Ernok is neither a person nor a situation. It is an acrostic, a personal message of five phrases or words. They could mean anything, for example: "Electric, refreshing, pleasant, perspective, enthusiastic." In reality, these lyrics are music, they are an onomatopoeic expression of movement, they unite the movement of the hand and the heat on the canvas.”

Eternally grateful and very honored to have closed the Mannes Sounds Festival 25th Anniversary All-Steinway Piano Celebration with an exemplary pianist and human being such as . What a great time we had performing “Spain” by Chick Corea!!
I want to thank Mannes Sounds Festival 25th Anniversary All-Steinway Piano Celebration, 2023, College of Performing Arts, The New School, Tishman Auditorium, Pavlina Dokovska (Artistic Director and Founder of Mannes Sounds Festival) for having me for this very special occasion and for supporting Spanish artists in the EEUU.

Tras un año increíble en NY, toca reponer energías con la familia, amigos y seres queridos! Se avecina un año con oportunidades y retos increíbles y antes de regresar, qué mejor que reencontrarse con tu hogar y sus gentes para llevártelo donde sea que la vida te lleve.

🖼️🎶☀️ A year in this crazy, beautiful, surrealistic city!! 🌆 Thank you for bringing so many opportunities and beautiful people into my life. Undoubtedly, art is something inseparable from this city, a house of artists, a laboratory in constant and uninterrupted movement. A place that belongs to no one and at the same time belongs to everyone. That makes you feel included at the same time that it doesn't need you because it renews itself. Here everyone is a dreamer, everyone is an artist. There is no doubt that “Artists make New York”.

LAMC - LATIN ALTERNATIVE MUSIC CONFERENCE 🎶
La semana pasada tuve el grandísimo honor de recibir una invitación de los para asistir al que se celebró este año en New York. Una conferencia que celebra la música latina y donde pude conocer, intercambiar y conectar con una amplia gama de artistas y trabajador@s de la industria de la música latinoamericana en un sentido muy amplio y con quienes colaboraré en mis próximos proyectos tanto discográficos como de directo. Estad atent@s!!
La música demostró una vez más como puede ser un mecanismo esencial en la celebración de la identidad cultural, la diversidad y la equidad. La clave de la unión iberoamericana está clara e intrínsecamente unida a una memoria casi genética de unos mismos valores que sin duda brillan en su materialización a través de la cultura, de las artes y más concretamente de la música.
Gracias por realizar un evento tan sano y enriquecedor y enhorabuena especialmente a tod@s l@s trabajador@s que hicieron de esta conferencia una experiencia inolvidable ✨
