This is heartbreaking. 💔 These are all of OUR babies out there doing what they love. It’s an unspoken and unbreakable bond that they share as teammates, competitors, and sisters.

Words cannot begin to express the pain and sorrow our Uno family is feeling after learning of the tragic passing of one of our own, Uno Girls 16 Elite player Alonnah Nance. While it is impossible to comprehend how something like this could happen and painful to enter the gym knowing she won’t be there, not a day will go by where we won’t honor her, play for her, and find the love and joy in the game like she did. Alonnah’s passion, genuineness, and spirit will live on and she will surely never be forgotten. We play for you #31 and miss you more than you could ever know. #UNOSTRONG

Remembering and honoring Martin Luther King Jr on this day. The work we have done and will continue to do is in service of others. 💛🏐💙It’s a great day to reflect on who we are as people in the community and our vision for making things possible for our young folks.

Every year, our beautiful Luminos families (big thanks) donate a few items before the holidays which then are delivered to at the South Chicago site. El Valor has a special place in our hearts- it is where my kids first began their educational journey and second, it sits on the land where my grandfather once owned his business. ❤️🫶🏽❤️

The Mexican Patriotic Club has its beginnings in the South Chicago community over 80 years ago. The MPC organizes annual parades, awards scholarships and inaugurates a Queen every summer to represent and support community events. We are always honored to participate in the parade that many of us grew up watching and participated in as children. Grateful to continue to celebrate and honor culture and tradition.
This rain did not let up til the very end though. Big thanks to the littles and their parents for coordinating the team and sticking it out. You are appreciated!

BriBri is a beast at the net and a Luminos Alum. We will share a few game dates with Luminos families soon so that we can support her and her Bulldogs teammates.

Bri will be a starting outside for the Lady Bulldogs! Bri transitioned from middle to ouside last season and this year the coaches anticipate Bri leading the offense!
