Everyday I endeavour on reaching out to my oils for daily health support for myself & family.

Watch to see a few ways I use these oils + metaPWR during the day. Below are some key ways for the top 5 oils to be used.

LOW TOXIC PLAY DOH

What you need:

1 cup of flour
1/2 cup of table salt
2 teaspoons of cream of tartar
1 cup of water
1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
Food colouring
5-6 drops of essential oils of choice (my kids chose lemon, wild orange & lavender)

Mix the flour, cream of tartar and salt in a saucepan. Then add water, olive oil and food colouring. Mix well until smooth. Place the stovetop to low to medium heat, stir until the mixture becomes of play doh consistency.

Remove from saucepan, allow play doh cool down for 3-5 minutes then add essential oils and knead away and let the kids enjoy the day!

Detoxifying our breast every 2-3 months helps lymphatic drainage and relieve toxins from estrogen production that may store in our breast causing congestion & blockage.

Breast cancer detox blend:-
Grapefruit 15 drops
Frankincense 15 drops
Pink pepper 10 drops
Geranium (optional but great for detoxification) 15 drops

Pop it into a dropper bottle as will be easier to use. Apply twice daily to under armpits and breast

Aim to do this every 2-3 months for approx 15 days as a minimum. This month I’ll be do it for 30 days 😀

|| MY HAIR ROUTINE || Nice, easy and simple! I wash my hair twice a week with the doterra shampoo & conditioner. The less you wash your hair the better and less likely it will get oily so quick. (What I have been told) I usually make up a detangler/headlice repellent spray for my daughter which I now use as well. This is made up of rosemary, tea tree, lavender and peppermint essential oils (Full recipe below). I spray and apply to my roots after every wash. Can be used daily without making your hair oily, I tend to use this everyday for my daughter when styling her hair for the day. Spray recipe 10 drops peppermint oil 10 drops lavender oil 10 drops rosemary oil 10 drops tea tree oil Sq**rt of Fractionated coconut oil Sq**rt of conditioner Top up with cool boiled water or distilled water (It is important the water is filtered, distilled or cool boiled water- this has less of a chance of mould growing in the spray due the contamination of tap water) If my hair gets oily throughout the week- then I use DoTERRA’s dry shampoo. Why DōTERRA’s dry shampoo? It’s absolutely freaken amazing & is non toxic! It’s the only dry shampoo that I have found that does not make my hair white/grey and actually makes my hair feel fresh. It is absolutely important to take care of yourself from inside out. I have been using metaPWR, it’s definitely been a game changer!!!
