Some big boys got fired up last trip 💪 Came home and opened the kiln to them last night

Home to UK for lightening quick visit and here is the weekend’s kiln reveal!

Todays kiln reveal. All the pieces travelled back from France for first firing 😵‍💫… hand luggage on BA this time! So happy these guys survived the journey to make it all the way to final firing.

These little babies are on their way to the South of France, hopefully fulfilling a little request for olive oil tasting bowls. ( sadly plates showing size perspectives were made by someone cleverer than me!!!) fingers crossed they survive the journey!

And then the wiggly squiffy vase got glazed , from 🇫🇷 to 🇬🇧 …..

Can’t believe I got these home as green ware ( super fragile) on Ryanair ! Got them bisque fired and now first crop glazed. Very 😊 happy

Bisque ( read fragile as a chocolate Easter egg 🐣) vase and big bowl… planning to fly them home to fire on Ryanair… 😵‍💫. What are the chances of survival! Watch this space ….

The absence of my wheel and kiln while I’m away in 🇫🇷 hasn’t stopped me hand building! Assuming I get them home safely the question is “quelle couleur”. Any ideas?
