This is a friends accountability page…. To encourage And keep us on the right track of healthy.
Well…. I haven’t been very diligent on my eating. Kind of fell off track but I did do 10,000 steps yesterday!!! I’m getting stronger day by day. I’ve been averaging 4500 steps a day for a week. This makes me happy

Trying to keep my meals small and very little bad snacking. Lol
I got out today!!! Finally went for a ride(not driving yet) to get coffee, visited with my some family, and then went to lunch and walked around Target. I haven’t been in Target for months, man those shelves are empty in that store. I felt pretty good but I’m beat now. I ate pretty conservative at lunch(but it was Mexican 😬). I have to make sure dinner is healthy.
Yesterday was a snack day. Like bad. I did walk to mailbox, do some leg exercises and went up and down the stairs without help. Getting there , slow and steady. I did weigh in and am not happy with the number and how I feel. So I will try harder today.
Today, I walked up and down the stairs with a cane. Took a stroll outside with my walker. My goal this week is to be just with the cane by end of week and drink a full bottle of water each day.
