My husband is an electrical engineer working in Japan for 2 years, he sent home air conditioners which are widely used in Japan.It is sold in all major refrigeration supermarkets in the mall. I contacted customer service via a warranty card and they said their product isn't sold on any ecommerce sites and only distribute genuine products on their website.
