🎃HAPPY HALLOWEEN!🎃
This year we did not get to dress up due to Jake being in the hospital last week for Covid, his first time too.
Covid and kidney disease really are not a good mix. This has taken a great toll on him.
**We need to find him a kidney donor!**

Did you know over 90,000 people in the US are waiting for a kidney transplant. Most have to wait over 3-5 years. A living donor transplant can reduce that time drastically to even months.

My Dutchman aka Jake needs a kidney Donor. When he was born his kidneys had complications and one ended up being removed. He has lived a very healthy life with one kidney since. Last year he got sick and ended up in the hospital. He was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney failure. He has since been put on the donor list. But his best chances for a new kidney is to find a live donor. Someone willing to donate theirs. It's a Big ask and something we are not the comfortable in doing. But his medical team advises this is a must, ans best way to find a donor and spread the word. If interested or want to learn more about the paired kidney exchange program or about becoming a live donor please look at the links in the bio or feel free to reach out through the email or messenger.
