Introducing Valerie's Food Trays
This all started when I would bring lasagna tray for parties and my friends would always comment on how good it was. Some would even encourage me to sell my lasagna trays. The recipe was from my mom. She loves to cook and bake for us. She cooks really great food and lasagna was her specialty.
I used to bake as well when I had my free time. I own a catering business back then. With the onset of the pandemic, I began to look for possible ways to help with the family income. And so I began this little venture sometime June. And the response was overwhelming, as people have been commending on how good the lasagna and cinammon rolls were. I have been receiving repeat customers which is a testimony of how much they liked it.
