My Sundays used to be full of work! Yes, work! Shopping for clothing, accessories and more. Not to mention pictures, scheduling social posts, sending shop invoices and on and on and on. I loved my clothing boutique, but truth… it was a thief of my time with this boy and having self-care time. Our Sundays look a little different now.
Sometimes we have to say “no” to things that we love, in order to love ourselves more!

Whew 2023 was full of ups, downs, lows and highs. I found love and hurt, I failed and I succeeded, I closed doors, climbed through windows, waited in the hallway and somedays... was not sure I could keep going. BUT TODAY is NEW!! 365 pages! New Chapter! AND NEW things to share!!
In Aug of 2022, I launched the Anchor with Lacey Lyne. Well life got in the way... BUT not anymore.
In 2024, we will be doing weekly episodes centered around, love - life - goals - dealing with trauma and whatever else life throws in the loop!!
