Day #10 of 75
Knowledge.
I've gone my whole life just living off my heart and doing the magick I Feel I should do.
Within the last year however I decided that much like art, there is always more to learn. Why not pick up books on other peoples ways and see what is the same, what is diffrent, what is useful and what might be amusing or misleading. I will be honest always, some spiritual books and speakers are complete s**t. I dont even know if they buy there own bulls**t, but sometimes, when your lucky, you find somone who is also truly gifted and who truly has knowledge to share if used and absorbed correctly.
My quest for knowledge is vast, lucky my bs meters work just fine. Smile and nodd in the moment then laugh to yourself later.
Like the rishloo lyrics go "don't you know, we know, you know?"
So with that philosophy in mind I intend to know and act as I see fit with the knowledge im presented with, allowing the chaff to separate threw the sift of my mind.
Currently I am reading this.
Most of what it has said, I already know and preform, however there is some intresting ideas in the section about cord cutting I think a lot of twin flames would find intresting. We shall see what the rest of the book has to offer but so far of your a beginner to self protection this would be the book for you, it even has a section on what I teach as my grounding position that Tanamin Clark taught me years ago.
Tried and true.
She calls it something diffrent but the info and the position remains the same.
Should I do a book review soon?
I have a few others under my belt I could also do reviews on if anyone is interested.

I've been eating smaller portions of everything and I wasn't even able to eat half my dinner. More rainbows and leg lifts, going to have the butt of the century. Mud mask, leg scrub, body soak ritual bath. Light spirtual reading, a blessing candle. Tons of water.

Day #4 of 75 update. Well its interesting how easy it it to drink lots of glasses of water compared to many glasses of soda, or tea. Today I made 9 glasses dissappear. Squats and rainbows again tonight along with a hair oil treatment before tonight's relax a bath. So far so good!

Self care challenge.
So this is something I actully Started on day one, its for cellulite. I have been using it on my thighs mostly. It asks you to massage in for 5 to 10 min!!!😮
But, if you think about it massaging your cellulite areas with Any lotion or oil would help reduce and break down cellulite. Its true!
However there are diffrent oils that will naturally help promote the breakdown of those fats. For now I am using this Bottle until empty, once it is I will switch to a home made with doterra oils recipe.
I will post a recipe using doterra oils later in the 75 days of self care and maybe even will go Live as I make the mix for everyone to see at home, like a step, by step.
For now each morning and each night I am using this oil. However I'm only massaging myself for about 3 to 5 minutes at a time per leg.
I can say I feel better already about how my upper thighs look. Im excited to see what changes in the next days to come!

I am feeling pretty good. If the leg work outs get easyer ill either add more reps, or a new exercise to the routine. I was planning on ending my day with a hot oil treatment, but instead decied ona full hot oil body treatment. Here you see my famous bath salts, this personal blend containes loads of dragons blood, vanilla, Tabbacco and avacado oil in my salts blend. While I soaked in the oils and the relaxing salts I ponder what tomorrow will bring and listen to some ghost stories on my tablet. I used my lemon leg sugar scrub soap blend on my feet and legs, all the scrubby places you wnatto keep soft. A honey conditioner soak on the braids as i relax. After I finished with a pat dry and my cocobutter body butter. Of course my special blend of face oils on the money maker. Xoxox, it was a good night!

Well I drank 10 of 7 glasses of water today and One large Bajaj blast soda. Did the rainbows and the squats just now. Thinking of a hair oil treatment before bed to sleep in!

I drink so much tea, no sugar, but still, it adds up. On occasion I drink soda or Rockstar, no matter what I drink, there is no way I have 7 glasses of any kind of liquid in a day, im lucky to get 4 or 5 in. So the bump up in liquid should overall help how I look and feel just by itself. As part of my 75 day challenge I am going to make this a lasting habbit for life long health and wellness.
