Excited to share what I personally used to run towards or move slowly in, and the transition that the has helped me weave through from an anxious person to one with a deeper ability to listen and be more patient.
Inner work helps in letting go of the labels we put on ourselves and starting from a fresh place, the NOW and every NOW.

Being away from home and our loved ones can be heavy on the heart. To ease out the heaviness and uplift ourselves as well as the community that we love so much; we (Sharon, Zeina, Katia, Yara, and Lina) have come together to support Beirut. We will be offering monthly Yoga classes at public spaces to raise the vibrations as we gather for Lebanon. Please make sure to contact the assigned teacher to the place / time / date directly for booking and registration. It was a today shared with the beautiful & dedicated .suis.l ☀️
Class starts with a to center yourself and to energize the body and calm the mental activity. Movements follow as the cultivated essence of the practice is set.
We ended with to completely relax and refresh for the rest of the day🧘🏻♀️

Benefits:
🔸 stretches ankles, groins, and back muscles
🔸 facilitates good pelvic floor health (great for pre & post natal)
🔸 stimulates proper digestion
🔸 strengthens the hamstrings & thighs if actively practiced like in this picture
If your heels don’t touch the floor, prop them up with your rolled mat, a folded blanket or a cushion.
Practice it daily when you wake up, throughout your day or before sleep as it will give you a sense of stability & rootedness 🌻
