6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.

7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

9 Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.

10 And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.

With five games remaining for Arsenal, will they afford another slip from the title race?

Will Chelsea put the final nail and thwart Arsenal title hopes & safely secure their slot for European Football next season?

Deeply saddened by the passing of the KDF Boss, General Francis Ogolla and other military officers through a tragic air accident.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families during this difficult time.

Quick recovery to the survivors.

Hosted some of the beneficiaries of the Wezesha Jamii Scholarship Program in My Makueni Office which offers full sponsorship to bright vulnerable children from needy backgrounds across the county.

I'm determined to build a community where education is given priority above everything.

Here is their story about the Journey we have walked together.

The larger family of students under the Wezesha Jamii Program continues to grow with the latest new beneficiary being Gerald Kioko, a bright and needy pupil who wrote his KCPE exam last year and scored 391 marks.

I decided to take Kioko who hails from Ngomano within Ivingoni/Nzambani ward in Kibwezi East Constituency after the story of his humble background touched me hence awarded him a full scholarship to enable him join Makueni Boys' High School.

I am inspired by the student's ambitious path of becoming a surgeon thereafter.

Although we have considered Kioko in our Scholarship Program, the number of students in need of assistance is overwhelming and I call upon leaders to come on board and rescue them in making their dreams come true.

At the same time, students who successfully finished their secondary school education under our program were exhilarated to undergo a career guidance program ahead of joining various institutions of higher learning.
