Grateful day 23 started with a 4 mile, 20 # ruck in the rainโฆ
Cycle 1 of 4 is complete. Each cycle consists of 21 days of strict, no wavering off K/IF nutritional (fuel) protocol and closing all three activity rings on my watch 1000cal, 30mins of exercise and 12 standing hours.
It feels amazing being back into a daily exercise and ketogenic/intermittent fasting nutritional protocol. The changes have been dramatic so far dropping 28.3lbs but, equally as important is I feel strong, energetic and ready ๐ฏ๐๐ป๐ฅโฐ๏ธ๐๐ป
Iโm so grateful that God has given me the strength, focus and faith to continue choosing to follow through a decision I made to get healthy 2.5 years ago. Also, Iโm so very thankful for the support, encouragement, prayers and love from many folks whoโve been on this journey right by my side ๐ฏโค๏ธโ

With said Iโm enjoying some food flexibility over the weekend while continuing to exercise!
