Healthy food leads to healthy living🎉

New recipe alert!

Beetroot cutlets💁🏻‍♀️
Some love eating it in salad or its juice or paratha.
Give try to these Beetroot cutlets, healthy and tasty and its a best way to give it to babies/kids/ toddlers .

Ingredients-

- Grated beetroot
- Boiled potatoes
- Roasted and grinded peanuts
- Rice flour
- Salt
- Red chilli powder
- Garam masala
- Chat masala
- Black pepper
- Jeera powder
- Ghee/oil

Recipe :-

- Squeeze out all the water from grated beetroot.
- Mix all the ingredients and make cutlets of any desired shape and sprinkle some rice flour over it.
- Shallow fry / deep fry them from both the sides.
- Serve them hot with chutney or sauce.

••(Like way you can make bottlegaurd cutlets🥒(grate it and remove excess water) or broccoli cutlets🥦( grate) by repacing beetroot with 🥒 or 🥦.Will share its recipes soon.
•• Can use roasted and grinded almonds or cashews instead of peanuts to make it more healthy for your l’il ones.

Yummy, tasty and easy to cook potato bites🥔🧆

Ingredients:-

-Boiled potato
-Rice flour
-Salt
-Garam masala
-Red chilly powder
-Jeera powder
-Chilly flakes
-Oregano
-Oil

Recipe :-

- Mix all the ingredients and give any shape u want.
- Dust some rice flour over the cutlet/ bites and then deep fry on a medium flame till they turn golden brown.
- Serve them with mint chutney/ sauce and garma garam chai☕️

Its a quick snack for breakfast or evening snack and kids will love it😍... Do give it a try👩🏻‍🍳💁🏻‍♀️

Tandoori chicken / Barbecue chicken 🍗🍗

Easy to make and yummy to taste😍
Do try this recipe👩🏻‍🍳💁🏻‍♀️
I cooked it in air fryer, you can also cook it in otg,microwave oven or on gas tandoor.

Ingredients:-

- Chicken thigh 2
- Curd. 2 tablespoon
- Ginger garlic and green chilli paste 1 spoon
- Lemon juice 1 spoon
- Salt
- Tandoori Chicken masala
( you can add red chilli,coriander powder, chicken
masala,jeera powder if not having tandoori
masala)
- Ghee/ butter/ oil

Recipe :-

- Take curd ( use hung curd) in a bowl and add all the ingredients above and mix properly.
- Add chicken and mix properly and cover it with
a cling film and refrigerate it for atleast 4 hours.
- Preheat the air fryer at 180’C for 10 minutes.
- Place the chicken pieces in it and apply butter/
ghee and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes each
side or untill cooked properly.
- Serve it with mint chutney/ Barbecue sauce💁🏻‍♀️

Kathal / Jackfruit ki sabji👩🏻‍🍳

Kathal tastes like chicken😍😋...can called it as vegetarian chicken😉.

Ingredients -:

-Kathal 500 gm
-Chopped onion 2 ( medium size)
-Chopped Ginger garlic and green chilli
-Tomato pure/ chopped. 3 (medium size)
-Hing
-Salt
-Red chilli powder
-Turmeric powder
-Coriander powder
-Garam masala
-Jeera powder
-Kasuri methi
-Oil

Recipe :-

- Wash the peeled kathal and cut into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir fry kathal in it,till it turns
brown or soft.
- Heat oil in a kadhai..to it add hing and chopped
ginger garlic and green chillies.
- Add chopped onion and cook till it turns
transparent.
- Add tomato puree/ chopped and cook, add all the
species and cook till the masala leaves the oil.
- Now add fried kathal to the masala and give it a
proper mix,and cover it and cook on a medium
flame for 5 minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with
chapati/ paratha or rice.

Paneer balls🧆

Yummy treat👩🏻‍🍳💁🏻‍♀️

Ingredients -
Paneer
Onion
Boiled potato
Carrot
Capsicum ( Green,yellow, red)
Rice flour
Salt
Red chilli powder
Garam masala
Chaat masala
Jeera powder
Black pepper
Oil/ ghee

Recipe -
Mix all the ingredients and make small balls or can give any desired shape. Deep fry or shallow fry them till turned golden brown and serve them with mint chutney or sauce.
Its a healthy and tasty treat for everyone😍

( if not having rice flour, you can add maida or corn flour or breadcrums)

Mutton rogan josh🍖🥘

Ingredients :-

Mutton 500gm
Onion 2
Tomato 3
Ginger
Garlic
Green chilli
Curd
Badi elaichi
Bay leaf
Green cardamom
Clove
Black pepper
Cinnamon
Jeera
Salt
Black pepper
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
Mutton masala
Garam masala
Oil.

Recipe :-
Heat oil in a kadai and put all the whole species, add onion finely chopped and cook for few minutes. To it add mutton and cook on a medium flame and add salt to it, if required add water and cook for 5 minutes, add red chilly powder and cook for another 5 minutes, now add tomato puree and finely chopped ginger garlic and green paste and give it a nice mix, now add all the remaining species and cover it and cook for 5 minutes, now add 2 spoon of curd and mix well, if cooking in a kadhai cover it and cook for atleast 30 minutes or untill cooked and if cooking in a pressure cooker give 3 to 4 whistles( here i cooked in pressure cooker) When cooked properly serve it and garnish it with dry kasuri methi or coriander leaves and enjoy with rice, chapati, naan or tandoori roti💁🏻‍♀️🍛🥘🍲

Breakfast recipe👩🏻‍🍳💁🏻‍♀️
Aloo tikki😍 one of the favourite and easy recipe one can opt for breakfast or as an evening snack.

Try this new version of aloo tikki.

Ingredients:-

Boiled potato
Bread ( brown or white)
Onion
Coriander
Salt
Black pepper
Garam masala
Jeera powder
Chat masala
Ghee

Recipe :
Remove the corners of the bread and then soak it in water, squeeze the water and mix it with all the ingredients mentioned above.Make small round tikki’s and shallow fry or deep fry them and serve it with mint chutney or tomato sauce.

Pasta in white sauce for kids🍲

Wheat pasta made in oats sauce👩🏻‍🍳
Instant recipe with minimum ingredients🤗

Ingredients :-
Boiled pasta
Milk
Oats powder ( roasted and grinded)
Mixed seeds powder (optional)
Salt
Black pepper
Oregano

Recipe:-

Dry roast oats in a pan and then add milk to it and stir continuously to avoid any lumps to form, add salt, black pepper , mixed seeds powder( half spoon), oregano and boiled pasta and give it a mix.... serve it garama garam💁🏻‍♀️
(Dnt keep it for long coz it will get sticky)

( can add vegetables of your l’il munchkins choice)

Kebabs for l’il people👩🏻🧒🏻

Rajma(kidney beans) being a rich source of protein is best to give to your kids/toddlers...you can give it in many ways like rajma rice, rajma salad, rajma paratha or rajma kebabs/cultets💁🏻‍♀️

Here i am sharing Rajma cutlet recipe which will be loved by your l’il ones and elder’s as well😍

Ingredients:-
Boiled rajma
Boiled potato
Grated paneer
Coriander
Onion
Chaat masala
Black pepper
Garam masala
Salt
Ghee( for shallow fry)

Mix all the above ingredients and make small kebabs. Shallow fry them( can also deep fry) and serve them with curd, mint chutney or tomato ketchup🧆.

- Made with dark chocolate🍫
(can also use white chocolate and add any food color)
- Inside is a homebaked sponge lemon🍋 cake🎂

You can also do icing on the top or sprinkle some chocolate chips or candies💁🏻‍♀️

My mom’s recipe 👩🏻‍🍳

Ingredients

-Desi ghee 1 kg
-Atta 1.300 gms
-Powder sugar as per taste ( 700gm i used and that too desi khand,u can also use normal sugar or jaggery powder)
-sauth (powder) 1 spoon
- ajwain powder 1 spoon
-black pepper 1 spoon
-elaichi powder
- seeds powder 2 spoon
- flax seed powder 1 spoon
-Almond powder 500gm
-Gondh 100gm

(U can also add makhana powder)

Recipe

Heat ghee in a kadhai and then fry gondh first when it pops up take it out cool it and grind it to make its powder.
Meanwhile after taking gondh out from the kadhai add atta and roast it till it turns aromatic and changes its color.
Now add powdered sugar and again stir and mix well so that sugar gets mixed with atta properly. Then add all the ingredients except almond powder and gondh and mix properly(gas should be low ) Then switch off the flame and add almond powder and gondh and mix properly.
Let it cool and then give it desired shape🤗 and then enjoy it with garma garam adrak wali chai😍
Even kids will love it😊

Note:-( Instead of using whole wheat atta you can also use urad dal atta, and can add other dryfruits as well)

The ganache i used for cake icing is chocolate free.
When you wanna make chocolate ganache in less time and with minimum ingredients, then this is the best to go with.

Colocasia leaves/arbi k patte🥬🥬.
It is said that its a self cultivated plant💁‍♀️.
Its roots are used to make sabji(arbi ki sabji) and its leaves are also edible.Snack made from it leaves is very simple and easy to make and it tastes yum👩‍🍳.

Kebabs are one of most loved snacks😍..either veg or non veg💁‍♀️.

Here it is Veg shami kebab...made in a healthy way👩‍🍳.
I grilled them in my sandwich griller and they turned out super yum and crispy..very little oil used,just to grease the pan.
