1)In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt ,vanilla, then add honey
2)In deep pan, add Konafa and coconut oil and fry it until they turn gold. Then leave it to cool
3)start layering all together, first konafa then Greek yogurt and chocolate peanut or almond butter repeat two layers then Pour 1 tbsp syrup on top of Konafa 😍😍
Açaí bowl 🍓🍌Ingredients
1/2 banana frozen
3/4 cup fresh blueberries frozen
1/2 cup fresh blackberries frozen
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds plus more for topping
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp honey(optional) Instructions
In a blender add all ingredients then pot in a bowl and add your toppings
Banana avocado ice cream 🍨 Ingredients
1 can coconut milk refrigerated overnight
2 ripe avocados
1 ripe banana cut, and frozen
2 drops vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp unsweetened chocolate chips 🥑 Instructions:
Put a loaf pan in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
In a blender, add avocados. solid part only of the coconut milk into a blender Add the banana, vanilla and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.add chocolate chips
Pour the mixture into the loaf pan .Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Salmon with broccoli 🥦 ingredients 2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 long fresh red chilli
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 salmon fillets
500g broccoli, cut into florets
1 tablespoon olive oil. 2 lemon slices. Step 1
Combine the garlic, chilli, ginger, soy sauce, honey and sesame oil in a large bowl. Add the salmon leave it for 30 minutes to marinate. Step 2
preheat oven to 200 . Place the broccoli in a bowl, toss with olive oil and season. Place on the prepared tray and roast for 15 minutes. Step 3
Put the broccoli to the sides of the tray. Place the salmon fillets in the centre of the tray and drizzle with the marinade and lemon slices . Leave it until the salmon is cooked .
Overnight oats strawberries 🍓 ½ cup raw oats
½ cup milk of choice
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
2drops vanilla extract 8 strawberries Instructions:
Place milk,yogurt,oats and the chia seeds into a bowl and mix until combined. Cover the glass container with a plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.for topping in a bowl mash the strawberries add maple syrup and vanilla.

1 can tuna, without oil
¼ cup diced red bell pepper
1 tablespoons minced jalapeno
1/4 cup cilantro leaves roughly chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice and 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
salt ,pepper and chili flakes(optional)

Chinese vegetables 🌶 very nice recipe for vegan ingredients:zucchini,carrots,red bell pepper, mashed garlic, mashed ginger ,soya sauce, 1/2tbsp honey instruction: put one tbsp olive oil in a pan then grill all the vegetables then add the garlic ,ginger and finally the soya sauce , honey and black peeper 😋
Date and walnut loaf
▢ 2 cup dates
▢ 1 cup hot milk
▢ ¾ cup olive oil
▢ 2 eggs
▢ 2 cup wheat flour
▢ 1 tsp baking powder
▢ ½ tsp baking soda
▢ ½ cup milk
▢ ½ cup walnuts
▢ 5 dates chopped. 1tbsp vanilla extract 1tbsp cinnamon Pinch salt INSTRUCTIONS
Soak the date in the hot milk for one hour and then blend it. In a bowl add in ¾ cup olive oil and eggs ,vanilla and cinnamon
blend well until the mixture is well combined.
add 2 cup wheat flour, 1 tsp baking powder and ½ tsp baking soda.
blend and mix well until the mixture is combined.
add ½ cup walnuts and 5 dates.
transfer the mixture to the cake tray
top with more walnuts
place the cake tray into the preheated oven. bake the cake at 180 degree for 45 minutes.
finally, serve the dates cake and add some date syrup

▢ 1 cup milk, hot with one tbsp vanilla extract
▢ ¾ cup olive oil
▢ ¼ cup yogurt
▢ 2 cup wheat flour
▢ 1 tsp baking powder
▢ ½ tsp baking soda
▢ ½ cup milk
▢ ½ cup walnuts
▢ 1tbsp date INSTRUCTIONS:soak date in hot milk for two hours then blend it in a blender add olive oil, yogurt and blend again, add flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix add the walnuts and transfer it to the cake tray bake the cake at 180 for 45 minutes.
Strawberries salad 🍓 For the salad:
•4cups rocket (you can add spinach)
•8strawberries
•1 tbsp cottage cheese or feta cheese
•1/4 cup walnuts
For the dressing mix:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Warm water 💦
Almond milk🥛 1 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight in cool water )
5 cups filtered water
1 pinch sea salt
2 whole dates (optional )
1 tsp vanilla extract. Add your soaked almonds, water, salt, and vanilla add to a high-speed blender,blend until creamy and smooth. Keep it blend for at least 1-2 minutes Strain using a thin dish towel or any cotton T-shirt Transfer milk to a jar or bottle .Will keep for up to 4-5 days
Immune-boosting plate (grapefruit, strawberries,green apple)🍓🍏🍊 Fruit is nature's ready-made snack packed with vitamins, fiber, and other nutrients that support a healthy diet
Healthy jam 🍓 Ingredients
1cupfrozen berries and 1 cup strawberry (or a mixture)
4 tbsp chia seeds
3-4 tbsp honey or maple syrup,
1/4 cup water
2 tsp vanilla extract Instructions
Place frozen berries in a pan with 1/4 cup water melt over a low heat on , stirring so they turn into puree.
add the vanilla, chia seeds and 3 tbsp of honey
Remove from heat and allow to cool in the saucepan for 10 minutes .
Transfer to a clean jar and refrigerate . This should keep for two weeks 🏺

1 ½ cup raw nuts and/or seeds (I used 1 cup almond)
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup melted coconut oil or olive oil
½ cup maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅔ cup dried fruit (I used dried cranberries) In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, nuts , salt and cinnamon
Mix all in the oil, honey and vanilla then Bake on baking sheet until lightly golden, about 21 to 24 minutes 😍

3 cups of pumpkin
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt,black pepper
1 garlic clove
1 chili 🌶 Place the pumpkin cubes in a large bowl. Add the oil and spices and use a large spoon or your hands to evenly coat the pumpkin then Bake until tender, about 30 minutes
Healthy Brownies 🍫
6 large bananas
1 cup almond butter or peanut butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp vanilla
3tbsp oats flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips of choice Option
Instructions
Preheat the oven the 180C
In a large mixing bowl, add your bananas and mash well. Alternatively, you can blend them. Add the rest of your ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the lined pan and bake for 17-20 minutes, or until the skewer comes out clean.
Allow brownies to cool in the pan completely, before slicing into pieces.🍫

Mug cake🧁 ingredients. 2tbsp oat flour. 2tbsp honey 1tbsp raw cocoa. 1/2tbsp baking soda 1 tbsp coconut oil 1/2tbsp vinegar 2tbsp almond milk or skimmed milk. 1tbsp vanilla 1/2tbsp peanut butter. 1square dark chocolate. mix all in a cup put in the microwave for 1:30 to 2:00min then add the peanut butter and the dark chocolate
