New Patent application. Second this week. This is a split folding hard top convertible mechanisms that hopefully will make its way into the Aventador replacement. This device really helps move the center of gravity forwards to assist with balance which the larger Lambo’s need. Plus this would be the first ever electrically convertible in their higher end super cars, something Lambo have been trying to accomplish for decades.

Lamborghini is about to unveil the new Countach. I cannot disclose how many will be made or the price tag but I’m sure you can figure it out. The Countach is 50 years old which is hard to believe when you look at it here. I am lucky enough to get an invite to see the car next week. This has got to be one of the most anticipated car launch in decades.
Charlie is not as impressed as I am at these doors clearly. 0-60 in 1.9 seconds. 1700HP. Insanity for an4 seater car. So what color should I buy one in? That’s the question. Koenigsegg Gemera viewing.

Which Countach would you pick? For me, the poster I had on my wall as a kid was a white LP500, so I had to pick that one. Turns out there were only 321 made, probably quite a few destroyed in the last 40years. I would love to know how many are left. What is this car worth now I wonder??? Will it ever be a $1m car??

Having my own personal track day today, benefit of owning a track :), and finally got to get the GT on the track and compare to the Senna. Completely different cars on the track, both very fast. @ Area 27 Race Track
I challenged Mr Olaf, (yes that’s his real name....no seriously it is) to find the perfect Mclaren Grand tourer, so I picked something completely different car.

It’s time for another Challenge with Ze German. .robrecht all in the interest of science and This time we goto the UAE including Dubai and Abu Dabi. This time the challenge is, who can find the “best of the best” in many different categories from hotels to food to fun and who gets the most value for money. For example, our flight to Dubai. I chose the Emirates suites direct flight from Seattle, and he chose Air canada Executive first, going through Frankfurt. So I get there way quicker and have my own room on board, but it costs 5 times more......is it worth it ???? Let’s find out.
