EVERYTHING SHOULDN’T BE A CONTENT
Have you noticed that friends and loved ones of content creators, radio presenters, or anyone in the broadcasting unit are so intentional with what they do around them?
I laughed so hard the other day my aunt asked, “Hannah, was I the one you were talking about in your previous video?” 😂Aunty, be calming down nah, it’s not you. You need to listen to it again. 😂
Dear content creators and media persons, it’s not everything you make content around. Some things need to be kept personal.
This morning, I stumbled on an influencer's post and felt what he posted wasn’t necessary. But I understand that he wasn’t out of content.
As a content creator, whatever you’re sharing on your space must be inspiring, educative, or informative. If it’s not, it isn’t necessary.

MTN and their strategy!
Hmmn, RUN!! 💃
•
•
Who remembers years ago when MTN users were given free #500 or is it #400, when you dial a certain code people tagged as a cheat?
I did that s**t and was happy! I even called friends and family who use the same network to do the same. Omo, the next day, MTN took back that same amount off my next recharge! I almost cried because that was the last cash I had at hand.
It was that day I realized that nothing truly comes cheap!
Today, MTN came up with another strategy, clearing people’s debt. And as a result, many keep borrowing. Ha! I’ve learned my lesson.
MTN always has a pretty good strategy to get new users. Aside from the fact that they’re currently trending all over social media, which is good for them, they are currently gaining new users, and generating more income.
MTN and their good strategy! No one does it better than MTN.😂

I made a video last year on why Parents shouldn't undress before a child. In as much as I had parents who agreed to this, I also had pretty much parents who dragged me.
Today, I stumbled upon this and decided to share it here to know your thoughts.
What do think about this? Do you think it's okay for a parent to undress before a child?
And if you would love to listen to the story I shared regarding this, kindly use the link below. 👇

DON’T JUDGE ME, PLEASE.😩
I must confess that I get bored when reading any lengthy message/write-up.
Funny enough, writing is one of my biggest tools of expression, and I enjoy writing so much. But I notice that whenever I pick up my cellphone to make a post, I end up typing an epistle. And it’s also applicable when writing in a book.
Sometimes, I ask myself, “Why will I dislike lengthy writeups, and I do the same unintentionally?”
Sometimes, after I make a lengthy post, I just conclude that no one will be patient to read it till the end. But surprisingly, many do.
Then I realized that the key tool to attract readers to your post is to always make sure the first two paragraphs of your writing are captivating that your audience will not know when they read till the end.
But wait, am I the only one who gets bored when reading lengthy writeups? Writers in the house, can anyone relate to this?
PS: Did you notice that this very write-up isn't lengthy? Yuppie! I did it!! 😂

Now I understand better what my mum means when she says, “You haven't seen life yet. Not all you want life brings to you.”
I'm one person who plans how I want things to go. And after planning, I just want it to work out regardless of other factors.
Most of the time, after planning, it doesn't go my way. And when this happens, I get pi**ed, do a lot of nagging, and end up messing things up.
Of late, I realize that I've grown a thick skin, with an understanding that “life truly doesn't bring what you want all the time.”
I remember a situation that came up. It honestly didn't work out as I planned. Up until now, I can't explain how I was able to control my emotions. Instead of being worried and making a mess of things, I intentionally remained calm, accepted the situation, and channeled that energy to do other things until that phase passed.
Now, when things don't go my way, I'm on the lookout for other ways out, and what to engage in that moment because time must be utilized.
Dear reader, we should not just grow in age but develop thick skin towards life. Life will twist our plans and throw a lot at us. But how well can you manage it without making a mess of things?
Note this, Whatever life throws at you, there's always a way out!

That very “CONTENT” you never expected to bring you to the limelight is what will bring you out. So, just be consistence with what you do, and don't get tired.
Ask the influencers who are recognized in their various fields today. When they blew, they never expected that particular CONTENT they posted would bring them out, but it did! And that's because they were not just consistent but had their minds far away from FAME.
Ask Marvellous Ben and Doreen Adekunle. I read from them and can tell.
So, aunty, don't worry over those few likes and zero comments you keep having. Instead, channel that energy to dishing more values and be consistent.
Don't worry, fame will locate you. You've probably not done the needful to attain the FAME.
Remember, good things come to those who pay the price. People may not react to your posts but they’re seeing them.
Take your mind off FAME. Just keep up with what you're doing, and you will marvel at the end. 😊
I know this post is for you. Yes, YOU! +ME! 😁

It's World Teachers Day, and I'm excited to celebrate this day.
My name is Ms Hann. I'm not just an educator, I'm a builder, a mother to millions of children, an inspiration to many children, a friend to every child, and the voice of children.
Teachers are the reason we're where we are today. So, let's honor them today with some kind words. (that isn't too much to ask.) 😊
Cheers to all the teachers out there.🥂

MY SO-CALLED WEAKNESS BECAME MY STRENGTH
Those who know me know I'm big at talking. Writing and anything that warrants talking is my biggest strength. In fact, that made people around me tag me as someone who talks too much.
Anywhere I go, I was tagged for that and that made me feel so bad that when I find myself in places, I just don't want to talk because people see it as my weakness and mock me.
In fact, my kind of talkative surprises me, because in as much as I'm tagged that, I'm super secretive! You don't get to know private things about me unless I decide to tell you.
Due to my talking habit, my dad mistook it for another. He would say, “Chai! You like talking, why not be a lawyer?” I remember laughing because I knew that in as much as I could fit into any profession that warrants talking, being a lawyer wasn't my calling.
In between all, I remembered my mum trying to channel my so-called “weakness” into my biggest “strength”. My mum never saw my talking habit as a weakness. Instead, she saw a trait of a teacher.
Putting together my inquisitiveness, creativity, excellent communication skills, and how I like to teach and correct people was a big trait of a teacher to her. When everyone was seeing the contrary, she was seeing a teacher. And I'm grateful today that I ended up being one.
I learned that behind every weakness is a strength you're yet to see. It takes one who's genuinely interested in your growth to help you figure it out. And not just figuring it out, but willing to help channel it into your strength. Guess what? My mum is also a teacher.😁
I did not just learn this but also, I help my pupils/students channel theirs. And I think that's one top duty of a teacher.
As a teacher, you are more than just a teacher. You have those kids in your tutelage to help mold and shape them in preparation for the future. If you think your job as a teacher is to just come to the classroom to teach maths and English, with all due respect, I think you should resign.
Let's talk. What’s that weakness of yours that became your strength?
P:S I'm not a lawyer, this is AI showing me how good I will look in a lawyer’s outfit.

One thing I've observed about making posts on any social media platform, specifically, “Facebook”, is that, whatever you post, you will find people of like minds who will react to the post by liking, dropping comments, or sharing it.
So, isn't this a push for someone out there to drop a post on your business or whatever you're passionate about?
Yes, there are many out there doing what you're doing, but everyone has their reserved space and audience.
Start today by growing your own community.
I just thought of dropping this.
Enjoy the rest of your day!

HERE’S MY LITTLE SECRET, Shh!🤫
One of our tutors asked me why our process of connecting them with students in our agency is quite different from the regular tutoring agencies, as we don’t just connect students to tutors but track all our student's academic progress, ensure their safety isn’t at stake, and lots more.
So I said, “People might see what we do as a business, but it's an assignment. An assignment to help students excel globally.”
Most agencies are bothered about the money and lose focus on tracking each student's progress and meeting clients' satisfaction, but we don’t. Hence before signing in as one of our tutors, there are a couple of things expected of you.
Our goal is to raise godly global champs, and this can’t be achieved by one person alone.
In as much as it’s an assignment, tutors need to be paid to get our desired result and make our dreams become a reality.
Here’s my little advice to those who are called into a particular field👇:
You’re called there for a reason, so stand different! Don't follow what the masses do because you're different!
With love,❤️
Ms Hann.
VISIBILITY IS KEY! 📌
To make what you do known, you need to make it visible. You can be good in your field, but with no visibility, you will remain a “local champion” Instead of a “Global champion.”
To gain visibility is achievable if you’re ready to put in the necessary effort and be consistent.
You might be known in person by people, but your product/services might not be known if you don’t talk about it.
Why do you think in every post I drop I make mention of .hann_tutors ,our tutoring agency to link learners with professional tutors?
Abeg, don’t get tired. Instead of posting unpleasant things that aren’t educative, informative, or valuable on your social space, why not take it upon yourself to write about what you do? Give tips on how people can navigate certain challenges in your field just like I do. If you aren’t good at writing, you can make videos on what you do.
Also, don’t just let it end in writing about what you do. Also, drop comments on people’s posts who also talk about what you do. That way, you’re putting your business at the forefront. Let me take you back to the last two posts I dropped here tagged “TEACHERS CAN RELATE TO THIS”. (Go back and check.)
That dude OluwaToba Soyombo was really on point and so professional! In his comment, you can tell what he does. If a client in need of his service sees his comment, they won't hesitate to reach out to him.
Please, any slight opportunity you have to be VISIBLE, take advantage of it.
Aside from the fact that I enjoy writing, I also write for 2 reasons. To inspire people, and to make my business visible to potential clients. 😊
I hope you find this piece valuable.
T for THANKS.
With Love, Ms Hann.❤️
ARE YOU SHY TO BE CALLED ONE, TOO? 🙈
These days, many don't like to be addressed publicly as a teacher/educator because the profession is seen as a less profession.
But come to think of it, why won't teachers be seen less when most classroom teachers out there dress shabbily to teach?
Why do we have to keep making people out there think we're nothing?
You will see some teachers in slippers, rough clothes, and unkept hair, chai! 🤦♀️
I remember the school where I worked last, dressing professionally was very key! No one was allowed to dress anyhow or smell bad. Back then, it took a while for a neighbor of mine to know I was a teacher. She said she thought I was a banker.😂 (Banker, keh!)
If we want the notion people have for classroom teachers to be changed, we have to do the work. Let's step up in our game.
DISCLAIMER: I'm not saying you should spend all you earn to look presentable! “Remember, the way you dress is how you will be addressed.” Abi don't you want to be a swagger teacher?😂 Just kidding.
Before I go, If you ask me what I think about the teaching profession, I will say, “Teaching is an incredibly rewarding career.”
Kindly follow for more valuable content.
I love y’all.
❤️ &💡
One thing I love about my profession is that, as much as I teach, I find myself learning, too.
Truth be told, there are a lot of things I've been taught back in my primary and secondary school days that I've forgotten but teaching helped me. Another truth is, if I ask you, my dear reader, a couple of things you too were taught back then, I bet you will miss them.
My mum wasn't wrong when she told me immediately after secondary school to go and teach, as It would keep my brain fresh. (never did I know she was leading me in the path of my ministry. Not to worry, I will talk about this part another day.) 😁
When I started a career in teaching, I never knew I would go so far as to have an agency that links learners with professional tutors.
Today, a lot of parents are out there, who want me to teach their kids, as well as mentor them. (It's all the grace of God.)
I'm grateful to God for growth, and I don't regret being an educator.
Cheers to all the Educators out there! 🥂 Together we will raise Godly global champs!
Here's a push for those starting up a career:
Go for what you want, provided it's what you're passionate about and God’s will. Never give up, keep pushing. Later in the future, you will be grateful you took the first step!

TEACHERS CAN RELATE TO THIS!
THIS IS MY STORY. 😂
The way my kids(students) throw questions at me like a bomb is scary. They just believe you know everything, forgetting one is human. In fact, I overheard one of them saying, “Ask Ms. Hann, she knows everything because she's a teacher.” Ha! 😂
Well, As a teacher, you need to be well-versed. Especially when you’re taking inquisitive kids. They believe you should be able to give answers to all their questions.
HERE IS MY STORY.
With God by my side, I've always answered whatever questions my kids and a couple of parents ask until one day. The devil will sha want to shame you.😂
To those who don't know, I run a private tutoring agency that helps students meet professional tutors who help them excel academically and otherwise.
Back to my story. One fateful day, I was in the house of one of my kids I take privately, teaching them. And their parents were in the living room with us, too. So, one of them asked me a question I didn't know (it was out of what I was teaching, but a vital question.) Immediately, their parents looked towards my direction waiting for my answer. And at that moment, I honestly never wanted to embarrass myself.
You know that feeling when you're known as a “professional” and don't want to embarrass yourself. 😂 But abeg, professionals don't know everything, too. Don't kill yourself over that. Instead, think of a professional way to salvage the situation without saying what's not.
So I said to the child, “Go on with your work, we will come back to that before you wrap up with what you're doing.” Immediately, I took my cell phone, Google searched, got what I wanted, and went back to explain to my student.
MY POINT: When you're asked what you don't know, instead of giving spontaneous wrong answers to get off the hot seat, tell your student you will get back to them, or better still, consult Google together. That way, you're introducing them to where they can source knowledge themselves without depending on others all the time.
I was introduced to the dictionary at a tender age by my mum because I'm naturally inquisitive. Today, I'm grateful for that because it broadened my knowledge, boosted my research skills, and made me have Google as my best friend. 😊
Have you ever been in a situation like this? How did you handle it?
