Empathy Engines
Surrealist Americana Junkyard Music
After an indeterminate time, gas tanks drained, fuselage jimmied, covers displaced, Empathy Engines are almost sparking again.
According to our resident aesthetician/physicist, we are doing something. And sometimes, something else. But something decidedly happened. Keep your savage breasts soothed, clutches unclenched, and look out ahead for signs of low import. Empathy Engines are pulling out of the gutter!
Empathy Engines are oiling in the grease to kick off the party that is the Big Maracas! This SATURDAY in the sumptuous First Friday Berea series of free concerts.
SEPTEMBER 3rd ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: Big Maracas
Local Latino rhythms fronted by Venezuelan ex-patriot Enrique Gonzales. The Maracas delve into many branches of Latin and Tropical music, being particularly fond of the great Cuban traditions and Brazilian samba, but that's only the beginning.

Looking forward to sharing a stage with these luminaries. Check out this good time!
Empathy Engines are running performance reviews of a prototype trio at the Thirsty Fox in downtown Lexington this Friday evening at 9pm. PSA: anyone with a deconstituted doohickey in the immediate vicinity may need their factory settings adjusted and a top off on tired pressure.
We got some trickery afoot in the near future, rescaling our iterations into fun size, party size, and scream into the unblinking void size.

More to come!

Empathy Engines ride again! Recalibrated toaster and upgraded downlow means both something and something else. Good times (where prohibited)!

If there was a fun shortage in central Kentucky this week, its because we stole every bit we could find. Apologies, but we did try to share it all back. Thanks to everyone for enabling our musical shenanigans. We take this ridiculousness seriously.
We’ve been conspiring to build a few new engines engineered to crack hardened hearts, dredge swampy bottoms, and melt smores. But wait, there’s more. We are booking a few upcoming shows and hope to have some merchandise available soon. We will have specs soon. Thank you all!
Kentucky Homefront is promoting and showcasing music and arts in Kentucky. They were kind enough to include our song “Am Been Broke” on their latest episode. They might just turn you on to some other artists as well.
