I love this image (created by my friend Carrie Hollland MD) that shows this so clearly how a small change in your life can make a huge impact on your future.

And yet for your high achieving brain it seems TOO SIMPLE, so you keep on trying to change all the things.

You try hard to “fix” everything.
It’s exhausting.
And when it doesn’t work you berate yourself to try harder.
Sound familiar?

There really is a simpler way.
But it feels really weird to those of us always aiming for the gold star.

What an honor to ride 50 miles in the Tour of Saints with these amazing and strong young women!

Had so much fun racing up the hills with my daughters and nieces while proclaiming again and again.. “this must be the last of the hills!”😂

What an incredible weekend with my dad, mom and sisters! Papa Joe Wenner invited the women in his life to his sacred fishing retreat and we had a most wonderful time!

Sunshine reflected on the water, eagles soaring overhead, delicious shore lunches, torrential rains and SO MUCH LAUGHTER!🤣😂

So grateful for my family!❤️

As a coach for physician women, I wanted to share with you a bit about Stress Rx group coaching.
