Start your day with a healthy morning routine.
The first hour of the day is when your subconscious mind is in a most active state and will determine what your whole day will be like.
Wake up a little earlier.. prioritise your goals!
We make sure to do whats important to us.. if its that important to you, you will find a way to get it done no matter what. We all have the same 24 hours in a day, we just have to use them right. And dont give me an excuse of ‘im not a morning person’.. change the way you think because what the mind believes the body achieves. Make your self small goals and just dont give up.

You only get what you put in so if you want something, go work for it! Dont expect results if your half-assing your workouts/nutrition and skipping your workout days. Every day is another opportunity to be better! 💪

Yes its hard to workout everyday and stay consistent. Being fit is hard but so is obesity. Choose your hard!
This was one of the last times I trained in the gym that used to be my home gym. It was so easy to just walk down 2 mins and your there. Anyways.. nothing will stop me from working out daily..easy or hard, it gets done 💪
Note to self:
You gotta do this for you. This is for you. This isn’t about anybody. Live for you. Respect you. Never lose sight of that.
Owe yourself a healthy lifestyle and do whatever it takes.
You are the best project you will ever work on.
For me, seeing my abs is: determination, self control and discipline. We all know that the difference between want and need is self control. Its all in the mind!

And remember, successful people do daily what others do occasionally! So get working and stop giving yourself excuses.. excuses only hold you back!
Compare yourself only to who you were yesterday. Be your own competition.
