Steamed Glutinous Rice With Chicken, atau lebih dikenali sebagai Loh Mai Kai / Loh Mai G*i is a classic dim sum dish yang selalu di hidang di restoran.

Another new addition is our golden deep fried Mantou (Chinese steamed buns) yang gebu dan fluffy sebagai dessert yang pasti memuaskan hati.

The etiquette bila nak order is first : pick a tea, as it will be a central part of the meal — dim sum asalnya dari tea houses after all.
Kalau nak follow traditional etiquette, the person yang paling dekat with the teapot should pour tea for guests dulu before pouring his or her own cup!
