I started getting ready to compete in fitness again. these guys motivated me and decided to be my coaches. unfortunately this year is not the best for us, I completely stopped loving myself and hated my body, but starting to train again, I start to feel better again. I decided that I would write and say what I want here.don't tell me don't write it don't post it.I get a message and many people are in similar situations .and each other's support helps.my depression lingered.It's been about a year now that I've been feeling out of place.I start and don't finish things.I lose motivation, I'm angry that someone gets all the effort, and someone tries, tries, and nothing happens.I start to do what and get angry at myself, I think why I started this because I won’t succeed. i'm trying to figure it out💙

Lately, I haven't been on Instagram at all. I shared really real situations and my experiences, and people wrote negative things and said that everything was not true. and some people are false, fake and they believe. so that I realized that it makes no sense to open the soul if everyone only needs fake stories, fake photos are interesting.
but there are very kind people whom I don't know and they me and I get such warm messages. I want to wish you 100 times more than you wish me.♥🩵

for the weekend we went to another city and I saw so many big companies. and honestly I always wanted to have a big group of friends. some messages come to me don’t even try to find friends, you are almost 30 already. but it seems to me that the time to meet new people is never too late.🤔♥happy July 4 🇺🇸

But many people do not understand when I say that I am alone here , my family and friends is far away and there is no opportunity to go to the store together , take a walk with the dog , make repairs . in this situation, it is very difficult to see each other,and we're not getting any younger.my depression is growing every day .

This is the first time I want to start talking about it .3 years from marriage or 10 years.it does not oblige anyone to have children.we didn't try to make children,we didn't have that goal. I think the time when people decide that they want children should not depend on society or stereotypes.we may never have children.no one knows what's going on with us.now we are solving important questions about the future.and I will deal with my health issues.also I'm need to work out the problems about children in I'm head.in general, everything is gradual 🩵❤
