Now available to order, our newest fresh mushroom: shiitake 🍄

Shiitakes are one of the most savory, meaty flavored mushrooms around. Sauté them up as a side dish, or add them to stir-fries, noodles, or even use them to replace meat or make delicious stock! This mushroom is great holding its own or acting as a supporting ingredient.

It also has many medicinal benefits, so no wonder it’s the most popular gourmet mushroom out there!

How absolutely gorgeous is this Red Sea Nagel & Mushroom roulade by Chef ?

He used a mix of mushrooms in this spectacular dish: sautéed Lion’s Mane, pickled wild chestnut mushrooms and King Oyster mushroom for a flavor-packed broth 😍

Coming soon: Brown Shimeji Mushroom

Also known as Beech Mushrooms, the Brown Shimeji mushrooms are very versatile, from being a staple in Asian cuisine to more sophisticated European recipes. They elevate any dish they are used in.

They are mild in flavor and retain their crunchiness after cooking. They vary in size from 3-10 cm. You can slice, or use whole.

Coming soon: King Oyster Mushroom

King Oyster mushrooms are a large member of the oyster mushroom family with a meaty texture and rich umami flavor. They’re versatile mushrooms that can be grilled, broiled, pan-seared or stir-fried. Can be served as a side dish or as the main component of a meal.

Its distinctive size/shape allows you to use the stem in various ways. They can be cut into rounds (scallops), or length-wise.
