Christmas Cranberry Margarita 1 oz lime juice 1.5 oz cranberry juice .5 oz agave syrup 2 oz blanco tequila Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish. #hellqueencocktails #margarita #christmasdrinks

Christmas Spiced Syrup 2 cinnamon sticks 5 allspice berries 3 cloves 4 whole black peppercorns 1 1/2 cup water 1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp molasses 1/3 cup ginger juice Add spices to saucepan and turn on medium heat until spices are fragrant. Add water, sugars, and molasses. Stir frequently until sugar is fully dissolved. Pull off heat and let cool. Add to sealable container. Add ginger juice and combine. Seal container and refrigerate 12 hrs. Strain out spices and add back to sealable container. Will last refrigerated 2-3 weeks. #hellqueencocktails #cocktailsyrup #christmascocktails

Eggnog: Makes 6 servings 5 egg yolks 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 cup whole milk 1 cup cream 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla extract or whole deseeded vanilla bean pod 12 oz aged spirit (You can use any aged spirit of your choice or any blend) Hellqueen Blend 2 oz Amontillado sherry 2 oz Jamaican Rum 4 oz Cognac 4 oz Rye Whiskey Garnish: Nutmeg Add eggs to blender and blend on low speed. Add sugar and blend until fully combined. Slowly add milk and cream. Add spiced and vanilla. Slowly add aged spirits. Pumpkin Spice Syrup 350g water 150 g white sugar 150g turbinado sugar 50g brown sugar 4 cin sticks 10 cloves 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 1/8 tsp salt 150 g pumpkin purée Combine the water, sugar, and spices in a saucepot over medium low heat. Stir frequently until the sugar dissolves. Turn heat off and add pumpkin stirring until fully combined. Add to sealable container and refrigerate for 12 hours.
