🍝 Class: The Rita Ana, handcrafted traditional ricotta ravioli & fresh cut fettuccine, with a twist of fettuccine Alfredo. Each attendee learned how to hand craft their very own pasta dish, from start to finish. Cooked & garnished by yours truly ;)
🍸: 1/2 San Pellegrino bubbly, 1/2 Pinot Grigio, paired with sliced lemon, and fresh picked Holy Basil Flowers & Rosemary (yes, from my very own organic garden!)
🥗: These luscious carbs were paired with a crisp Caesar salad & meatballs from
🫒: Olive oil from but of course & bread tasting from
🧀: Alfredo- the TRUE authentic Roman way. Parmigiano Reggiano shredded freshly over the hot fettuccine, approx. 1c pasta water (if you know, you know), 1 stick of butter, quartered (hey don’t judge my butter usage 🤪) THATS IT. No soupy cream!

A Sunday pizza homemade, homegrown sauce, love affair with some really amazing humans & family. Taking SO much joy in this new thrifted Pfaltzgraff dinner wear set I just got. I LOVE this 70s browns/bronze vintage set. It feels so beautiful to thrift a set that was once used around the table with family and friends alike, as I continue that tradition in my own home.
Felt called to share something a little differently today. I’ve totally been breaking promises that I’ve been making to myself. Promising myself for my master class to be out before my 30th birthday, (which I’m still aiming do), planning my guided tour to Italy, trying to tell myself to be better and keep up with content for “Business sake”. It’s easy for me to just want to fall, forget it all, and just say oh screw it, I haven’t done these things so there it is. It’s done and I’m just not capable.
But I will not stop. I will stand up again, even if I have to do so embarrassed, even if I have to do so after breaking promises to myself. I will not take the easy way out, the easy way meaning to just listen to thoughts saying “stop it all”. I will fall down seven times and stand up eight.
So here I am right along with you guys, only human. My journey is not some big, beautiful rainbow because I have super cute business content, and what looks like my “sh*t” together. I don’t, I’m only human, but here’s a difference: I will keep going. I will keep going, embarrassed. I will keep going even if it feels like I should stop. I will keep going even through the fears and thoughts of what others might think of me, what if this fails, if this doesn’t work, what if I just waste my money on an Airbnb shooting this masterclass: I will keep going. And I’ll do it embarrassed, I will do it with the fear of what others might think of me-
That’s, what makes all the difference… I’ll do it embarrassed.
I just heard on a podcast something that really hit me, like the speed of light. Word for word, it said “I asked God, why are you taking me through troubled waters? He replied, because your enemies can’t swim.”
I’ll just leave this here for today 🤍
Moral of this ramble: Do it embarrassed.

🍋 Last week concluded my last in home date night & was such an amazing, beaming, beautiful couple to close that chapter with in my business. Making this decision was so hard for me, honestly date nights are one of my favorite things to teach. With how busy I have gotten, between my business, two beautiful babies, managing my husband’s business, being a mother, wife, friend, etc., etc… I have had to trim down my workload, and setting an event minimum was the only way I could do so. In short, I can’t mange it ALL 🤪
If I ever had the pleasure of meeting you for a private in-home date night, I am so honored to have done so!
Thank you for staying along for the ride as I continue to refine and revisit my business to fit my growing family’s needs.
My current event minimums are set to five people per event, $120 per person, and I am only accepting four events per month 💜 so get in my books while you can!!

It’s been a while- I know!! Believe it or not I have still been teaching classes, just at a FAR slower rate.
Truthfully speaking. I have been reflecting on how much I have been hustling this past year, with just welcoming another baby this past October.
December- I had 12 private events.
January… 9. It continued along that path until I honestly just nearly… collapsed.
I honestly- NEEDED A BREAK! A big one. Believe it or not, lol!
These past few weeks I have been just… chilling. Well. As much as you can chill with a 2 year old & 5 month old, running a household & 2 businesses between my hubs & I. Wowza 😅
I’ve been focusing on moving slower. Being a better wife, mother, to myself. Emphasis on the, slowing down part.
After some decent time offline, I’ve thought really hard about how I want to pivot & lower my work load to enjoy being a mommy while my babies are so so little, and needy 😜
I love you guys, and I know this will DEFINITELY slow down my work load, BUT… that’s literally the point! Hehe! And of COURSE if you have already booked with me, you are grandfathered in to previous rates & regulations 🤍
Thanks for still being here… I promise… I’m not going anywhere 🤪
