Often when people are sabotaging relationships, marriages, financial situations or cannot see the good in their lives - this program is running - If I am happy something bad will happen. People don't just learn this in childhood, they often fail at cultivating happiness, what they thought was a good attempt at creating joy and it backfires. So they unconsciously create misfortune every time things go well. This program could be running in other circumstances as well.

A negative subconscious program is informing the world at any given moment how we want to be treated. When we really are secure within ourselves we know all of our habitual patterns and can spot programming coming up. That gives us the opportunity to choose grace, peace and non-reactivity.

This is what I see in every single session, bar none. A person who does not know how to come in to alignment with their idea of some 'ideal' state.

It's either a manifestation of stuck emotions or a fear of the future.

And yes, there are other anxiety and depression triggers, but those are usually related to something in a person's diet or an unresolved past hurt - but right now we are talking about what's happening within the context of Self Sabotage.

Imagine being boxed in by society by a label that caused you to both see yourself and be seen by others as broken and unfixable. How is that compassion? How does that truly help anyone heal? It doesn't. Emotions are not illnesses and people are not fixer upper projects. They don't need labels - those belong on cereal boxes. People need love, affection, kindness, listening and unconditional positive regard to heal.
