Dad bod update!! Happy Father’s Day to all the men who sacrifice time and resources to the ones they love. We also owe our children time and resources to help nurture and grow them into the humans we want them to be. Today does not have to be the day to sit on the couch and have a coors light. We still have 354 other days to do that. Let’s get to work!!
My 3 pillars of weight loss:
1.Portion size
2. Focus on protein and fiber intake.
3. Exercise at least 4 hours per week.
This post isn’t to boast about myself, just to let everyone know that your roadblock of hitting your body transformation goals, are not the same as everyone else’s. Depending on one’s lifestyle, some may be able to eat pizza a few times a week and still be in their best shape. Don’t compare yourself to others. Find what works for you.
Being healthy has 3 components: Physical, Mental, Spiritual.
It’s ok to hit the gym just to pray.
