It's National Orange Juice Day, a great time to toast our nation's popular breakfast beverage (okay, maybe except for coffee) and its connection to Central Florida. From frozen concentrate to freshly squeezed, orange juice is an important part of Florida’s history. In the years before World War II, it was Orlando's own Dr. Philip Phillips who made Florida synonymous with orange juice as a path to good health.
