Because saying YES to taking care of yourself and your body is the greatest act of self care.
The sooner you recognize that, the sooner you can evolve in that woman I know you deeply want to be.
If you’ve been on this binge/restict, yo-yo diet train for years now,
I want you to understand that it’s okay.

**PRO TIP- Create a habit tracker (or DM me and i’ll send you my fave) and track your adherence everyday. Only takes a second and can make a WORLD of difference.
Remember: What doesn’t get measured, cannot be managed.
I don’t think theres ever been anything that I thought I couldn’t do.
Actually maybe something that involves numbers LOL but other than that, I truly think i’m capable of fu***ng anything.
This isn’t to brag or sound cocky, its just the facts.
I realized its because I’ve proved to myself time and time again, that I refuse to fail.
👉🏼Moving into my own one apartment at a young age with $0 to my name
👉🏼Splitting from a extremely toxic and controlling relationship with again, $0 to my name (clearly finances werent my jam back then)
👉🏼Pursuing my EMT and firefighting career even though I barely graduated highschool and was extremely claustrophobic
👉🏼Leaving that career to pursue my passion and investing over 10k into it
Just to name a few 🤷🏻♀️
⁉️Now you’re prob like okay Gabby, why the f**k are you telling me this⁉️
Well, its because the number one reason people say no to my coaching is because “they can’t afford it”.
But in reality for 95% of them— thats bu****it.
The truth is, they either
A. Don’t see the value in the program and think they can do it on their own
Or
B. They’re scared they're going to fail (and waste their money)
⚡️ SPOILER ALERT- it's usually “b”⚡️
Its so easy to blow a couple hundred at target, or on your nails, your hair, a night out with friends, or uber fu***ng eats.
But damn, its so hard to put your money towards something thats legit going to change your damn life. FOREVER.
And I say that with straight confidence because I know it will, and it would be a disservice to you guys if I downplayed it.
Thats what I do.
I help you change your fu***ng life.
I help you put on the shorts and rock them with confidence.
I help you feel s*xy AF in a bathing suit again.
I help you feel secure enough to have s*x with the lights on.
Its quite literally the investment that keeps on giving.

Imagine NEVER sleeping or taking a day off work… like ever.
What would happen?
Well, dieting works almost the exact same way.
Calorie deficits are a very delicate art.
And yes, a calorie deficit is the main (only) way to lose body fat.
But so many people go about it the wrong way.
Being in a calorie deficit is very stressful on your body.
And most people do not adequately support their body to handle the stress
The result?
The body becomes over stressed and responds accordingly. (like never sleeping or taking a day off)
Being in a calorie deficit is something that must be undertaken intentionally and with very careful consideration.
For the majority of my clients, we have to do some “dietary rehab” before we even think about entering a cut (calorie deficit)
This is to simply heal their body after years of yo-yo diets
-It brings their hormones into balance again
-Improves their metabolism
-Helped to build muscle which will GREATLY help their fat loss once their ready
- Also helps them relax mentally and emotionally
This phase is SO important and is usually skipped which brings on massive long term negative consequences.
But we're smarter than that, right?

…The real reason I got this tattoo
And i’ve literally never told anyone this 😬
But in order for you to get it, were gonna have to start at the beginning right quiiiiickk. 📕
👉🏼When I was in 6th grade, I remember looking in the mirror after lunch and thinking how odd my body was shaped.
I was SO confused.
Why am I so skinny, yet I have love handles? What kind of bu****it sourcery is this??
Not to mention I had a flat 🍑 to go with it.
Anywaaayyss. That was the beginning of my body issues. And it was a fight ever since that day.
👉🏼Fast forward to 2015ishhhhh. I was in the gym consistently, was the best I ever looked, yet I still hated my body.
My solution? I’m going to get a big ass tattoo on my side to distract everyone (including myself) from my body shape. LOL
Did it work?
F**k no.
MAYBE it slightly distracted others. But to me, all it was was a big ass sign that said “you fu***ng hate yourself”
Dramatic— but true.
This tattoo was basically my version of a crash diet. I thought it would solve all my problems.
All it did was create more.
So girl, I know i’ve never been overweight.
But DAMN believe me when I tell you i’ve struggled with my own self image and self love since before I was old enough to get my damn period.
I know what its like to be legitimately angry with God (or whatever higher power you believe in) for putting me in this fu***ng body.
I know what its like to be on that hamster wheel of diet after diet hoping that THIS ONE WOULD BE THE ONE!!
Only to find yourself right back where you started (if not worse than when you started)
I understand you.
And would love more than anything to help you navigate your own weightloss journey.
