Dalgona Coffee to go- I’m thinking about doing some Dalgona Coffee to-go with boba or maybe no boba or optional? Also probably do with Carmel as well but still pondering this. A shot of expresso? My house smells soo good, bread and sweets, yummy. Everyone sleeping tonight with the smells of sweet Milk Bread with Nutella filling. Sweet dreams everyone because I know we will 😉😉😘

Stress Bake til almost 3am in the morning on a Sunday - Milk Bread with Custard filling 😋😋😋. The kids were definitely happy to see yummy breads.

Not gonna lie but the lines were a struggle, no joke. Not an excuse but since my chemo treatment 2 yrs ago, these hands aren’t as steady anymore and when not working with fondant to make them lines, whew it was a real struggle! 🕸️🕷️

Cinnamoroll- We had a hella of a time. First she wasn’t happy being small bc someone wasn’t paying attention so had to re bake again. Had to improvise and a lot of here and there fix but I think she turned out good. 😉😁

Just wanted to share how I improvise a cake box to fit my cake which was 12” in height including cake and the thick cake board. *ignore the mess*

- Need 4 wooden dowels.
- double sided sticky dots (Amazon)
- Saran Wrap

For each dowel, put 1 sticky dot on the bottom and 1 on the side which this will stick to the bottom and the inside corner of the box. Repeat on all four dowels.

Set the each dowel right inside of each corner of the box. Make sure to push down and to the side so the sticky dots will stick firmly.

Lastly, wrap each side with Saran Wrap and hold it down with tape. That’s it!

If you’re wondering what size the cake box was, it was a 16.5x16.5x5. And yes wasting wooden dowels like this is kinda lame BUT it’s cheaper than buying a box that would cost more. Hope this helps anyone out there as well.

Hello Beast, it’s Bell 🌹🥀🥀

Made 100 of these Strawberry Jell-O with Strawberry Mousse for a wedding. Topped it off with whipped cream and strawberry slices. Didn’t get a nice picture of the finished product. But it was cute and delicious.

Also made 100 Strawberry Shortcake in a cup but also didn’t get any photos 😭. Life of a baker, always on the go, tend to forget to take photos sometimes. 🤧🙃

Worked on 4 sets of 24 mini cupcakes. I didn’t have time to take better photos but here are the Vanilla cupcakes with light pink SMBC frosting with pearls. Didn’t get a chance to take a photo of the Strawberry cupcakes with White SMBC frosting but they were so cute.

Cakes this wk that I’ve worked on. No time for pretty pictures but these will do 😂
