It's been a busy week since our last 2 purchases completed... Wallpaper stripping, damp resolution, stripping out, planning, getting quotes, bathroom refit, multiple dump runs (including one with a bsth strapped to the roof!), purchasing materials, central heating upgrades, early starts and late finishes!
Hopefully both will hit the rental market before the end of September.
