We are proud to be partners with Straits Area Services since 2013. They are a private non-profit organization who employ developmentally challenged adults to produce these MI cookie cutters. From cutting the steel to fastening it to the card is a six step process, requiring six different individuals to make the finished product. Make more cookies!

It’s officially Hot Cocoa Bomb season!
I’ll have these at the Maker’s Market tomorrow for Small Business Saturday, and the great thing is they keep for a month or two, so you can buy some for gifting! My cookies will be individually heat sealed and keep for several weeks as well. It’s not too early to stock up!

It took a total re-bake after the torrential downpour sprung a leak in my ceiling last week, but I love how these cookies turned out!

It’s funny for a cactus set, but let’s talk fluff!
When you’re ordering cookies for a large event, I realize my designed dozens can bring some big budget energy. Enter: fluff cookies.
If you’re ordering some of my typical custom cookies (like the hearts and cookies with writing pictured here) you can add on a simply iced shape (like the cactuses) that I’ll charge way less for because they take me less time. Just let me know you’re interested in fluff when you’re ordering and I’ll give you some options! 🌵

I’m a reporter, so I come by the “press” part of The Cookie Press honestly. But when I get done with a long day, for years now I’ve turned to baking to de-stress. Something about rolling out the dough and producing something perfect has been amazing. Until now, I’ve shared my creations with family and friends. Now, I’d love to share them with everybody!
