Oh the exciting part… crunching more numbers. 🧐
See that bold print! “Final Approval” 🕺🏼 One more piece of the elephant warehouse project completed ✔️ 😀
So close yet….
It’s already been a year since we purchased the warehouse. After a few rounds with the city, we are hoping to get final approval soon. 🤞🏻 Although w/the current labor shortage, we may have another mountain ahead. 🏔 We’ll just like Dory 🐟 said “just keep swimming”
After waiting for nearly two months for the city to review our renovation plans we received some encouraging feedback today. Things may be taking longer then we’d like, but heck you can’t ignore the small wins, cause they are the lift you need sometimes. 🌱
What are we up to? Just impatiently waiting on the city to respond to our preliminary application.
7 months, 2 weeks, 5 days after hiring an architect our plans are finally starting the approval process. But whose counting? 🥱
Hands down the biggest mess we’ve ever made. 🤣😩 Thankfully we know how to clean up 🧹 up.
Quick demo tour update
Our diamond 💎 in the rough😉
Best day ever! 🛠
We are still here, working behind the scenes refining our plans. Keeping our eyes on the target 🎯. Cheers to slow 🐢 and steady’
A rainbow 🌈 of wire for re-use, who knew wire came in so many colors 🤷♀️
The secret sauce behind this renovation. Smarter than the average bear and more talents than I can count.
Best neighbor you could have on a cold winter morning ☕️❄️ 😍
While the bulk of stuff here is just too damaged, dated or beyond the point of return for re-use, this old metal door is my pick for reuse. After a little clean up will be perfect for the door between our office and workshop and better yet to display my magnetic alphabet letters from .
Hands down the old stripper room is the ugliest room in the building. Demo can’t come soon enough.
Slowly but surely making headway. Tall ceilings, brick accents, exposed ductwork, so many neat details to keep the old look yet new feel.
Yesterday afternoon local energy company accidentally turned off all our power.🔦🤦🏼♀️. However, in less than 24 hours we were back online.👷🏻💡🔌. Cheers to a rapid response time in this tough labor climate. We appreciate NW Bozeman customer service. 👍
Do we have plans? 🤫Oh yeah, go big or go home. 🙌🏻🤩
♻️ ReUse pile growing by the day! Gonna be a room full of studs soon! 🤷♀️💪🏻
ReUse, ReNew, Recycle ♻️ or in our case add wheels to an old workbench and call it the new contractors mobile work table.
The view out the back. Can't wait to get a BBQ going out here.
The best kind of visitors at 3:30 am. 🥷🏻
Renovation Rev with her day’s discovery, fancy green kerchief 🐕💚

Measurements 📏 off to the architect!
After 40 years of being home to a furniture 🪑 renovation business, there’s a bit of sawdust.😂
