To be honest, I haven’t been living in a season of joy recently. But I was reminded today, in a couple of different ways, maybe it’s not the season that isn’t joyful, it’s my perspective that isn’t joyful.

For it’s easy to focus on the pain when that’s all we allow ourselves to see. It’s easy to forget the good when we continually remember the bad. But the pain could be seen as growing pains preparing you for the next level of your life. The bad could be serving as a reminder that you deserve and will find better.

So if you find yourself in a season that is far from joyful today, I hope you allow yourself to see it in a different perspective and you are able to find your joy 🤍
