Crushed my workout today💪🏾. I dont always want to but I know my fitness goals don't care about how I feel or if I wanna do it or not. You'll feel so much better on the other side (once you've finished it)
ALWAYS FOCUS on the bigger picture in mind. When I'm training for a competition my coach reminds me to "focus on your why" Remember why you started and dont give up until you've crushed your goal.
