Great read on the effects of fast food and not eating. Began this read from my curiosity on “eating” and healthy living. I was just thinking of what would happen if we did not consume things as a way of life sustenance. I know that our human and animal and plant bodies require maintenance through homeostasis. Usually this maintenance is fueled by a consumption of resources. The human is different though as we are self aware and have such a freedom of thought and choice possibly from our conquest of the animal kingdom many years prior. This would not be possible without our affect on our surrounding environment and it must prove that we must consume and acquire to survive and thrive.
