Nepal is making yoga part of its curriculum for school children. Thousands of schoolchildren from grade four to eight will now enrol in the new weekly Yoga course. The course will train students not only in yoga practices, but also in the history of yogic thought and classes on the self-healing principles of Ayurveda and naturopathy.🙏❤️

We may not realise it, but we are always affirming. Whether it be agreeing with the messages delivered by advertisers, repeating negative thoughts in our mind, or agreeing with a point made by a friend. We are practising affirmations. Any negative belief we have, has taken hold because we have reaffirmed it sufficiently often. By consciously choosing our affirmations, we can take greater control of the things we affirm. Affirmations are not the solution to everything, but they can be an important part of our approach to living well.
