Good afternoon everyone!
I am a personal trainer in SWFL specializing in one on one training (if local to me), virtual training via Skype or Zoom, and also personalized workout programs.
Nutrition goes hand in hand and I also offer nutritional counseling/meal planning.
I have been certified since 2007 and recently moved to Florida and hoping to expand my business.

Lemons are an excellent source of vitamin C and flavonoids, which are antioxidants that help remove free radicals that can damage cells from the body. Consuming lemons has been linked to weight loss, kidney stone prevention and cancer treatment.
Homegrown Carrots
Beta-Carotene - Beta carotene is a provitamin A carotenoid that has numerous health benefits, such as supporting eye health and preventing macular degeneration. It also works as an antioxidant to fight oxidative stress that contributes to brain aging and reduce the risk of cognitive decline. Long-term supplementation with beta-carotene may also provide cognitive benefits.
Capers
Quercetin- Capers offer a variety of health benefits, such as reducing cancer risk, promoting eye, bone, brain and digestive health, easing constipation due to their fiber content and aiding in the treatment of rheumatismi XA. They are also incredibly nutrient-dense and have been shown to reduce inflammation, enhance liver health and stabilize blood sugar levels.
Salmon
Omega-3 fatty acids- Salmon is an incredibly nutrient-dense fish that offers a variety of health benefits. It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B12, and other essential nutrients which can help lower blood cholesterol and blood pressure levels, reduce the risk of developing heart conditions such as arrhythmias (abnormal heartbeats), maintain bone health, prevent muscle loss and help the body heal and repair.2 Additionally, its rich astaxanthin content may help maintain skin elasticity, reduce the signs of aging and protect against UV damage.
Grass Fed Butter
CLA- Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a fatty acid found in meat and dairy products that has been marketed primarily as a weight-loss aid. Animal studies suggest that CLA may have other health benefits, but human studies haven't shown the same benefits such as weight loss, blood sugar control, and immune system health. CLA promotes body composition and weight loss by increasing fat-burning while limiting the amount of body fat that can be stored while preserving muscle.
Avocado
Lutein/Zeaxanthin- Avocados contain a wide range of nutrients that may have various health benefits, such as improving digestion, lowering the risk of depression, preventing bone loss, supporting heart health and protecting against cancer. They are rich in folate, vitamin C and antioxidants as well as vitamins E, B5, K fibre and niacin.1 Eating avocados can reduce the risk of obesity diabetes heart disease and overall mortality while promoting a healthy complexion and hair increased energy and weight moderation.
Garlic
Allicin- Allicin is a sulfur compound found in the root bulb of the garlic plant that has been shown to have significant but modest lipid-lowering and antiplatelet effects, as well as decreased risk of cardiovascular disease, improving immunity, helping you live longer and detoxifying the body. Allicin also makes garlic smell and is commonly used for high blood pressure, high levels of cholesterol or other fats in the blood, and hardening of the arteries

An avocado a day...
The first picture was taken in my late 20s. The second picture was taken today at 41 years old.
I never stopped training. I never got complacent. By the grace of God, nothing aches, other than sore muscles from training daily. I am super grateful for the discipline gymnastics gave me throughout my life and career.
I will keep going. I will never stop. Once you stop, that's when you get old. Keep going πͺ

I keep most flowers for my pollinators, but I gotta grab a few every now and then..check out the candy cane zinnias!

Here we go another round. Florida gardening all year round. It's all an experiment.
Time to really focus on the big picture here. Our overall health of this country is not doing so well. Obesity, insulin resistance, high blood pressure, fear/anxiety, malnutrition........ We rank 35th in healthcare globally and we have the worst outcomes. It starts with self accountability and together we can make some changes.

Boundaries are necessary. They are essential to maintaining a sense of balance within oneself. Boundaries preserve personal limits and create a sense of protection for things that frequently come to rob us of peace, joy, and happiness.
In order for me to maintain my solitude, I must decide what is and isn't allowed in my life. Hatred, Negativity, and Gas Lighting have no room in my life. Set boundaries, get rid of unnecessary b.s.
