Happy Monday!
New today the conclusion of Kim and David Camm.

Please let us know if you think justice was served in this case.

On September 28, 2000, David Camm returned home from a night of playing basketball with friends to find his wife and two young children brutally murdered. Despite his 10-year career as an Indiana State Trooper, suspicion quickly fell upon him due in part to a botched investigation of the crime scene. What followed is an unbeliveable 13-year legal battle as David fought to prove his innocence.

New today!! Marlene and Michael Warren

On a quiet May 1990 morning in the upscale village of Wellington, Florida, Marlene Warren answered her front door to a brightly dressed clown bearing flowers and balloons. The clown calmly pulled out a gun and fatally shot Marlene from point blank range. Why would anyone want to kill Marlene? It would take decades to unravel this bizarre mystery.

New today…Jennifer and Michael Blagg, part 2/2.

By all accounts, Jennifer and Michael Blagg were the perfect couple and the envy of their friends. Michael had a great job and was devoted to his wife and adorable 6-year-old daughter, Abby. But when Michael came home from work on November 13, 2001, to find his wife and daughter missing and bloodstains in the bedroom, his world was shattered. What unfolded in the coming months was a shocking story of a man leading two lives, one public and one private. Begging the question, can you ever really know anyone?

Thank you so much, friends! We couldn’t continue to donate without your support. ❤️

Globally, between 700,000 and 800,000 people lose their lives to su***de each year, with around 50,000 in the U.S. alone.

Our donation for September goes to the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention (AFSP). Mental health and su***de prevention are causes that we hold close to our hearts.

About AFSP: Established in 1987, AFSP is a voluntary health organization that empowers a nationwide community affected by su***de through research, education, and advocacy. AFSP is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those impacted by su***de, including those who have experienced a loss.
AFSP creates a culture that’s smart about mental health by focusing on:
• Funding scientific research
• Educating the public about mental health and su***de prevention
• Advocating for mental health policies
• Supporting survivors of su***de loss and those affected by su***de

Led by CEO Robert Gebbia and headquartered in New York, AFSP has local chapters in all 50 states, DC, and Puerto Rico, offering programs and events nationwide.

Your support of the podcast allows us to give back to incredible organizations like AFSP, working tirelessly to save lives and bring hope to those affected by su***de. We couldn’t do this without you! Thank you so much.

If you have lost a loved one to su***de, our hearts go out to you. If you or someone you know needs help, please reach out. You are never alone.

New today…Kari and Matt Baker part 3/3!

Matt and Kari Baker seemed like the perfect couple with the perfect family. Living near Waco, Matt was a Baptist minister and Kari was a third grade teacher. They were raising two beautiful daughters, Kensi and Grace. But Kari’s family and friends knew that she had struggled. Seven years earlier, she and Matt had lost another daughter, Kassidy, soon after her first birthday. When Kari died in April 2006, her death was quickly ruled a su***de. But, Kari’s family and friends had a hard time accepting that conclusion. They saw someone who was a fighter and would do anything to be there for her daughters. They were determined to find out the truth, no matter how long it would take or how difficult it would be.
