Did you know you can add Hamra pastes on its own?

If using Hamra Chilli Paste, add your own ginger garlic and salt to meat/chicken and you have a pot/oven roast ready to go. To lower the heat level, you can add tomato purée/paste to your marinade.

If using Hamra Ginger Garlic Chilli paste, just add salt and you ready to go.

Tips: Adding some freshly squeezed lemon juice to Hamra pastes when using as marinade adds another flavour profile especially for roast chicken.
